The most unprofessional Property Management company I have ever had the dislpleasure to work with. Pam is the rudest person you could ever come across the moment she feels she is not in control of the conversation she gets very angry and shouts and then starts blaming the Post Office tells you to stop talking then hangs up on you! The most unbeleivable experience. I have worked for and do work for property management and have never in all of my experience dealt with this kind of behavior! EVER. She should never have a position where she deals with people she does not have a stable temperment for the job.

Day after day I call.no return call or said call during business hours.which it was. Frustrated with them

Will harass you and threaten to take you to small claims court. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend managing your properties.

We have an issue with them not following up properly with the purchase of our home in a community they managed. There was a fee involved and that transaction was not communicated with the new management that took over. Hence, the new management company did not know we had purchased the house. We asked to have the transaction fee credited to the new company or refunded directly to us. I was told that MIKE WILLIAMSON or CHRIS JORDAN would be the people to contact. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE EMAILS OR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. My guess is that they think they are shielded and do not have to reply. Not professional, not courteous, not responsive and definitely not respectful of their customers.
