8Another leach company that prays on HOA and Condo boards who think running a place like a prison has any impact on home values. Have tried calling twice and no response. They basically steal owners money and sell them a lie
If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. They don't handle any issues with residents efficiently. I'm not sure what they do in the office. Probably throw pencils at the ceiling all day. I certainly wouldn't treat residents as I was treated. I guess I will stop paying my dues and then we will see what happens when my lawyer states they haven't been granting me access to the amenities.
I just moved into the Five Towns community and spoke with the rudest person! Trying to get registered to pay dues and get pool passes she stated they didn’t have email address which is funny bc I received email from you! Maybe taking a customer service lesson would benefit Ms Rude but I doubt it.
Vesta customer service is the worst. No one ever answers the phone, nor returns your call. I have placed several work orders in and no one ever followed up or completed the work order. Waste of HOA payment they do absolutely nothing. I would have given a 0 star if it was possible.
The website is unlike any other website that you would make a payment to. I hate to be late or be short on a payment, and I never would be if their website made sense. It does not say what you owe. Not accessible.
They never responded to my request for a proposal. I called andxwad told to send an email. I dent them 2. Thru will not hear from me again.
If you are a Property Management Company, you show have better Customer Service.
They are the property manager for The Wave Condo's and they are really nice people and very helpful.
Our community standard section 3.08 says no work trucks allowed. We have contacted Vesta several times to have this vehicle green stickered and towed. It is still here with no green stickers therefore can't be towed. Now other work vehicles are starting to break the rules and park in the community. What does it take to have our community standards enforced by Vesta?
I see how Vesta gave me no option to reply, there were numerous complaints on this truck being parked there during the day. So attending a meeting wouldn't matter. Doing your job properly would.
