Everyone I encountered here was kind & compassionate. My senior dog Bailey was very sick and I rushed her in as soon as they opened. Dr. Brie took care of us. She was so knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to explain everything that she was seeing on the blood work and answered all my questions. Even asked that we call to follow up the next day with her. I cannot thank them enough, both Bailey and I are so grateful for Dr. Brie’s help.

I had to take my dog in the this office yesterday evening when they opened, they took us back to a room right away. My dog presented with severe lethargy, had not eaten a meal since Saturday evening, vomiting and dehydration. We had just moved to Florida on July 30th so did not have a regular vet yet. Their communication was excellent, from the time we arrived until the time that we left it was only 3 hours, we knew that she would probably have to stay the night which she did have to do. They presented me with the estimate for services including her blood work and ended up refunding me $ 300 when I picked her up this morning because they had not used up the money I had to pay up front. Their care for her was amazing, I would not hesitate to take her here again if she was in need again. I am very grateful for their compassion.

We brought our beloved English Bulldog here after she passed away at home. The staff was very caring. They were able to have her sent off for private Cremation. Later we received our baby in a wonderful well done wood box (which we picked) packaged in nice bag and nice card. Would recommend.

They take your pet out of sight immediately without explaining why or for how long. 25 mins later is scary to not see my cat or what is going on. I wanted to advise the Dr to be careful in case rib damage, & instead am asking where he is. Dr came back without him. Offered info about skin crackling was the only value to my money. Nothing else could be done unless more tests and expensive x rays. Not even fluids offered when I said he lost weight. I didn't feel cared for. Tried to tell them I take care of a colony of cats so don't have that kind of $. No more help. Sad.

The staff is nice, the prices are reasonable and they’re usually pretty quick. But if your pet is diagnosed with something, do your research. Seek another professional opinion. They’ve recommended euthanasia for two of my dogs. One with Laryngeal Paralysis and one with a Splenic Mass. I took them both to UF and they both had surgery and were fine. I was told my dog was “going to suffocate to death and there’s nothing I could do” he had surgery at UF and did amazing. I will still use them if needed during after hours for testing but continue to do my own research.

Brought my dog in because we thought he ingested grapes from my 3 year old. The vet acted quickly and induced vomiting. He had not eaten any grapes luckily, but it gave us peace of mind that he was ok. No more grapes will be entering our household!

Me my wife and our kid went in there with our sick fur baby. They told us that they closed in 15 minutes. They put us in a room and nothing happened for about 40 minutes. We finally decided to leave and got to a different hospital. Do not trust this place with your family. Just read the rest of their reviews, they simply do not care about you or your fur baby. So sad.

My dog was in pretty bad shape over the weekend. He went to our regular vet earlier in the day and he seemed like he was a lot better as the day went on. However, in the middle of the night, he started breathing strangely. I was so scared that he was in respiratory distress. I called this clinic and the wonderful young lady on the phone was so calm that it helped me stay calm as well. I brought my dog in and even though the vet was getting ready to go into a surgery, they still took the time to check my dog’s vitals. Turns out that my little guy was reverse sneezing but everything else looked fine. I am so grateful that there is an emergency clinic nearby with an excellent staff. The vet tech gave my Bailey much love and attention and that helped too. Thank you!

Gave me the necessary information to save my dog after she ate grapes off my child’s plate! Thank you so much!

We had a scare with our 11 y/o dog, Chevy, and brought him in on a Saturday. The doctor and staff were extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. The doctor explained what he believed to be the issue and helped point us toward next steps. The following Monday we ended up having to put our boy to sleep due to cancer with our regular vet. I called the Emergency Clinic to thank them for the kindness they showed us.

Fast forward to a week later, we just received a card in the mail expressing their condolences signed by their entire staff.

They didn’t have to do that and I’m writing this review for someone to know that they can trust this clinic with their animal babies. And yes, emergency clinics are expensive but they were there when no one else could be and we are grateful.

When I tell you I've had the best experience here, it's not a joke. Dr. Sweeney and her staff are beyond awesome, compassionate, caring, and thorough. Couldn't ask for a better place when going through an ER with your beloved pet. The were fast, kind & professional. My kitten was very at ease, and we know animals are a great judge of character. Thank you ladies for being the awesome, beautiful woman you are!

Wow oh wow! This place is absolutely amazing.
I went in with my kitty that had a blocked urinary tract. I called them in advance to let them know & they said there was a 2 hour wait but they’d start working on him immediately while the doctor freed up. They worked on him right away. Came back to tell me the amount (wow!) and my consent to do everything. They asked me if things went bad should I allow CPR or DNR, which made me cry because I couldn’t imagine things going bad. The woman there told me to take a breath and gave me a huge hug.
We went through all the paperwork & then the doctor came in shortly after. I was on the phone with Care Credit so she said she’d come back with no problem. She came back later & walked me through everything. She was direct and honest but very kind. She said she’d do everything she could to get him better and let me know that theyd seen worse cases where the kitty made it out fine.
She told me to head home & that I’d be free to call anytime I wanted for an update & that I could come see him whenever. That made me feel so much better.
I called again around 9 pm and they gave me an update. It was a sad one but the doctor was again very nice.
I called again at 7 am and she gave me good news, he was doing a lot better. I went to see him around 1 pm. The techs were so great, let me spend time him with and even told me that he was a sweet cat & they all loved him. That made me feel really good.
I picked him up the following day & they continued to provide me with lots of info & even refunded me some of the money I had paid upfront because they overcharged.yay!
Overall the experience was INCREDIBLE. SERIOUSLY. INCREDIBLE.

Staff was compassionate and respectful. Made the last moments of our beloved boy as comfortable as possible.

Thank god for this place. After my sons dog was attacked we drove to 4 vets in leesburg looking for help on a Sunday. 2 places turned us away and the other was closed. Me and my son were getting desperate to have his dog helped. We were welcomed inside Immediately and our dog was seen.

2 days in a row our cat is brought in urinary issues and bladder problems they say he had no blockage given a medication $1250

Day three we bring him to his regular veterinarian they find a blockage so big he would have been dead in 2 days.

This place is a scam and I'll never bring any of my pets there again

I have visited this clinic twice. Each time with a different pet. Both times the employees were very professional and helpful. The vet techs as well as veterinarians (we saw a different one each time) were knowledgeable, thoroughly explained everything, and answered any and all questions we had. I am very satisfied with the service here and will visit again if needed.
