Vicky Bakery Doral

I’ve been going to Vicky’s for years and it was only today I figure that they must be franchise owned and every owner can do whatever they want. The prices were almost 2x as much as the Flagler location and the quantity (and quality) was less. It’s sad to see that some franchise owners don’t care about the brand.

Every once a while I used to buy few items from this bakery, the items used to be fresh but in my latest visit they were cold and beginning to smell bad. Called and wanted to tell the manager, but they just hang up. Will not go back ever again.

I entered for the first time and they received me with a bad face.everything was bad, people who deal with the public must ***be kind and empathetic*** 0 attention, and $5.34 for a ground beef empanada

I have been going to various Vicky bakery locations around miami for a long time…. I have never received a MEDIUM coffee the size of a CORTADITO. This place is absolutely a waste of money. The croquettas we got were cold…. We ordered baked ham and cheese empanadas and were given chicken. I’m absolutely disgusted by the quality of food from this place… will definitely never come back. I love tropic grill it’s the only good Cuban bakery in Doral!

I forgot to mentioned to the lady with glasses that I didn't want onions on my wrap so they had to do another, when I ate it didn't include any sauces, or papitas, only chicken and tomato and some lettuce for $10, I will not buy here again, if I mention something next time they will spit on my wrap

To respond to the owner's message, you are stating that I need to give you another chance but how? When you are assuming that I was not polite to your employees, did I ever mention that I was rude. I'm aware that I need to be nice and you don't need to school me in regards to being polite especially when you were not present in your restaurant when the incident happened. As I can see you are very upset with post but I believe I need to post when is not fair that I pay $10 for a small wrap with less ingredients. Although I did stated I forgot to mention that I don't want onions, the lady with glasses didn't even ask me, I guess she prefers to be on the phone instead of working.

The service was a bit average, the lady seemed annoyed when serving. I ordered a cappuccino and a tequeño. I didn't love the coffee, it didn't feel fresh. The tequeno was good. The prices are fair for what you order.

It is a great place to drink your cortadito and your favor desserts. Amazing customer service. Go and drink your life away

Our team absolutely loves Vicky Bakery in Doral! Their sweets are always fresh, delicious, and the best in Doral. We can't imagine getting through the workday without a treat from Vicky Bakery.

Wow, how badly they are doing the food, I was a customer here and had not been there for a while, the empanadas bathed in oil and the terrible taste of grease, the little pieces, the “ham” disgusting, the dough hard and dry.

I always give a place three tries before I put it on my blacklist. Well, each time I came the food’s quality has been worse. The ham croquetas ALWAYS taste over-baked and lack any significant flavor at all… and the meat pastelitos aren’t any better. I haven’t tried the desserts, but this place is supposed to be pretty well-known for their signature breakfast/pastelitos. If those were bad, I’m definitely not looking to try anything else.

Great disappointment, I came to this place for breakfast for the first time with my husband and my child, the attention was not the best, the saleswoman seemed annoyed, we ordered bread with an omelette for breakfast, the quality was super bad, the omelette had no salt and the hot chocolate that we ordered had the same terrible quality, in short, a great disappointment, we will not return

Terrible service we ordered two breads with tortillas. And what they prepared had no taste. I had no ham.cheese.or nothing. The worst omelette of my life. Terrible I do not recommend it to anyone. The normal sweets. The hot chocolate aguaito too.

Unfortunately the customer service lacks professionalism, I arrived 10 minutes before closing the business to buy, and the person selling at the checkout asked me and my sister if it was to eat there, I couldn't because she was going to close, and When we placed the order, he told us that he couldn't prepare or heat the croquettes because he couldn't fry them, that we had to order from what was there, and that we couldn't occupy the tables. More people came in, we went to the front to eat what we bought in the car and during that time we saw that the business had not closed yet, so it practically took us out of the bakery because we no longer had time to eat inside, and we finished eating and We left and the business still said open.
