Dr Melgen, from the very first time that I met him, has shown me how much he cared, how professional, he is. And most of all his consideration, and compassion, for all as far as a human being, a person and most of all your overall health. Cancel and any life-threateningany disease is a frightening in itself. So to have someone like Dr Melgen, who is not only fighting with you. But fighting for you also, for your overall health is such a blessing. And of course his staff and team members is professional healthcare workers, are also supportive, because DR Melgan, Is a leader and anyone behind a strong leader like DR, Melgan has to be at their very best as well. THANK YOU all I appreciate you very much. And may God bless each and everyone of us thank you again

Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Not the Doctor he is good it is the office staff. Can never get through the phone lines to speak with anyone! I have to drive to the office to make an appointment, speak to the nurse and always correct my billing. The finance woman is rude. I had a. 75 cent balance and she made me pay before I could get blood work done. I get unnecessary charges as the PA sets up two appointments that can be done in one. Causing me to double $95 co-pays. I waited over an hour to see the Doctor. No one follows up with bloodwork results, go to the portal they say. But what do the numbers mean? I was given an infusion in 2022 that made me ill. I was dizzy at 5 pm in the infusion room and the nurses made me leave because they were closing the room! I drove home but should’ve have. No one told me I needed a driver. The next day no one called to check up on me. I was ill. I called a nurse number from the other cancer office and she said take a Tylenol and call back tomorrow. I have had terrible service at this office. Have taken several surveys, wrote emails, spoke to the office manager and no one cares. I give the office a zero. I see so many people upset in the office. It is terrible. Needs an overhaul. I would leave if it wasn’t for my insurance having to be in network. I hope you do something about this office to fix it. All they say is they are short staffed. So the patients suffer? Still have to pay the bills that are always wrong. Was told to go to billing personally in Georgia. I live in Florida! One thing after another! It is amazing I am still alive. Your office is headed for a law suit if you treat cancer patients this way. Your corporation already settled with the DOJ for $100 million in Antitrust criminal charge probe in 2020. People are not stupid. Treat your patients right!

Dr.was very competent and a good communicator. He provides information and options. Blood work done on site. Immediate follow up and referral for things he couldn’t do. Highly recommend Dr. Melgen.

From check-in to check-out it is first class. And of course, technicians and doctors are great.

6 month check up due to melanoma history for myself and history in my family. Great visit from my arrival and check in to the lady who did my labs, and then my visit with the Doctor. Everyone was so friendly and this treatment is what’s great to help put me at ease.

I had the most caring and professional service from all the staff members at the Lake Mary location. The Administration runs smoothly, the staff is very friendly and the nurses treated me like a family member. While I went thru chemo they took care of me like I was at home with my loved ones. I am very greatful to have selected this location and being cared by all the staff on this institution.

The medical treatment is very well done. The billing and overseeing is atrocious. I moved here in April. Had 2 weeks grace period on my old TN Blue Cross. I explained several times that my new FL Blue cross card, which I had at that time would kick in.
For 3.5 months I've been seeing the dtr and paying my bill that was sent to me. Problem is, they never switched my insurance over to the new card which I had given them to make a copy. And had told the person on the phone all this initially.
I ended up having to straighten out the whole mess by calling BC of Tenn and BC of Florida and the corporate office of Florida Cancer. This was after I went in to the local office in deland 3 times, and they finally told me they didn't have my insurance card. But yet they managed to bill me out of pocket which I was unaware of because I actually had insurance.

I really had a wonderful experience during my visits to the
Florida Cancer Center. The staff was very nice and caring.
Highly recommended.

Did not get to see Dr Melgen but my past with him have been wonderful not sure but this visit was with Dr Melgens nurse
