Victoria's Secret, Boca Raton FL

As a man, I wanted to try on a corset for a concert. The employees initial response was to laugh and told me I had to leave the fitting room area and wait outside for my friend. After I told her it was me who wanted to try it on, I waited 10 minutes for her to get the managers approval. Even after they said yes, I had to use a room in the very back corner of the changing area and was told to let them know when I was finished so they could escort me out.

Some ladies at the register acting rude when I said I have a coupon, firstable they always said, if is on sale does not work, not true, just look for other nice associate and when ring it up it works (that was maybe 2 months ago). Yesterday Nov. 18th, I tried to buy something but due to internet problems at the Mall I could not show my coupon at the store, I request just ring it up and find out my discount because it is in my account, ladies said not. At home I was able to open the email and took a picture of the bar code and in small letters said, your discount is in your account, so it means they just don't want to go one step over. Looks like the discount affect the associates, I don't think so. Today I am going to VS again with the picture in my phone, I hope the story will be better. Even when I asked were the product that I wanted was located, every one send me to different directions because that item was moving and obviosly nobody knows and just answer to answer. Not happy with VS customer service in Boca. I will upgrat after my shopping today.

Came today expecting a nice shopping experience, the workers were rude and impatient as someone who works aswell you should never speak to costumers in such manner… hire nice employees next time!

As a plus size woman, I have always been terrified to go into Victoria’s Secret. I was always afraid that I would be made fun of or not be able to find anything or both. This was the most amazing experience. Donna B was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice and friendly and tried so hard to find me cute things. And they did. I am so happy. I just can’t even describe it. Thank you guys so much.

This store has rude employees including the manager.
I came on Sunday, 5/7 to exchange or return a bra that was very uncomfortable and hurting me. I came to the store inside the Town Center within 30 days of the purchase date, but the cashier denied my request alleging that I had cut one of the tags of the bra. The paper type tag needed to be cut because it was very scratchy on my skin. Unfortunately I had to leave the store without solving my problem, with a bra that cost me over $50 but I will never get to wear.
I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and definitely not returning to that store ever again!

I came to exchange my bra and they wouldn’t let me at first because of the bra code I had all my receipts and tags on the bra I spent 390 in Victoria secret I had to call Florida mall and speak somebody I was only two ago when I went to Florida mall it wasn’t even thirty days so thank god they exchanged it at boca mall I spent 390 Victoria secret need to do better with their policy tank you and good day and Juliette try to help as much as she could

EXTREMELY HONEST AND HELPFUL SALES PEOPLE! I bought a few things at the Boca Raton Town Center VS a couple of days ago and accidentally left my sunglasses in the dressing room. Today, I returned to see if anyone had turned them in. The glasses were pricey Ray Bans so I wasn't hopeful they would be found. Much to my delight and surprise, the sales person quickly retrieved them. I am so appreciative to the entire VS staff at this store. Kudos to all of you for your extraordinary honesty and excellent customer service!

Really bad customer service. I waited at the back register for 10min until I was able to flag someone down. They then told me the register is now in the front. So even though I waited all that time, I now had to wait again in a new line behind the only one register that they have in the front. The cashier in the front then went to open a register in the back, she told another customer in line to follow her and then when I asked if I could go too, she said no.even though I was there waiting first. Be prepared to wait and not get any assistance.

The worst customer service I have ever received in a VS store. The people at the register we so rude and unprofessional to me. Never felt so uncomfortable in a store like this before.

I went to this store today and I was looking for an specific bra, so I asked the lady who was near the entrance and she was completely rude.
I don’t understand why people who don’t have customer service skills work at that type of role.

I was looking at some pajamas near the entrance of the store, and an employee told me to either come in the store or stay out of the store. Victoria’s Secret has lost my business forever more.

Good sales.good attention.don't take their credit card.the interest are the worse.the quality of the underwear is not good anymore.overpriced now.
