Victoria's Secret & PINK, Winter Garden FL

Drove to store because website says it’s open. Note on door closed until March 31st, it was June 5th. Call store # no answer!

Good store, not a very big one (by Victoria Secrets standards) but you will be able to find a great deal of products.

Love their bras. Got three for Christmas. Also love when they have the 10 for 35.00 deal on bottoms. Cant wait to get more.

Well stocked store but no acknowledgement from any of the three or four employees walking around the store. Not even upon entering was I greeted nor offered a shopping bag or offered help. I voiced my concern to the cashier and was answered with “well did you need help”. Would be nice for the service to be raised a notch.

Love this store! Such helpful staff and great deals! Special shout out to Bethany, who helped me with bras. She rocks!

What a beautiful store. Great, convenient location for shopping. They have a VS and Pink in the same location. Makes for some seriously easy and tempting shopping the girls working here are so helpful and nice, too. I recommend!

Not the best store. Employess were ok, but the store itself is in a strip mall type setting. This makes for multiple problems right from the get go.
1.it's a pretty small store. No where near the selection you'd find in a mall based one.
2.parking is a nighmare
3.it sits right off the traffic circle entering the plaza which makes parking ever more awkward.

While this store is incredibly convenient not having to walk through a mall and being next to bath and body works, parking is extremely limited.

Kathy is the best. I asked her if she could measure me. She did and gave me the Victoria's Secret Angel VIP treatment. We decided what bras looked good and I went home with a record of which ones I liked best, the correct size and 2 new bras. Tell her I sent you and say Hi to her for Me!

I was shopping at this location few days ago I usually don’t leave reviews but this lady was so amazing not sure if the spelling of her name is right Gracie, She when out of her way to be friendly extremely helpful and the service was excellent.the other cashier was also so polite I’m mad that I didn’t got her name too, almost every store are welcoming but the experience in this location to me was 10 starts and that’s the reason why I’m coming to this store again.

I went to this store while visiting Florida and I needed some clothes as I didn't pack well enough for the trip (the weather changed). I don't usually shop at Victoria's Secret and Pink.

90% of the clothes I wanted to try on, I couldn't because the store did not have those styles in a size small. How do you have a whole store that was mostly out of small sizes?

I made a comment and two fellow shoppers next to me said this store is always out of small sizes and it's very frustrating.

Whomever is in charge of inventory should be fired.

This location has the worse customer service. The employees are rude and ignore you. The manager with the red hair is the worse. She does not care about her customers what so ever. I even let her know on my last visit on the way out that her customer service was terrible and that her employees are rude and she responded with "oh.ok" I would rather drive 25 minutes and shop at the millennia mall location then to ever shop here again.

Overpriced for the same products (lotion and body spray) from Bath & Bodyworks. Lingerie they carry are antiquated and overpriced. Maybe great for special occasions, but I'd rather do La Perla for that. As far as the Pink line, it just comes off as garish and cheap. I think they're out of touch with the current market. Overall, meh.

Starting to lose interest in VS.they never really have any quality stuff anymore. I used to love their bralettes and the panties but now their stuff is just too fru-fru. Even the PINK section is wacky. No longer carry my perfume. Eh.

Hard to find 34DD of course they carry it but some style colors they didn’t have the size in. Great sale prices.
