Victoria's Secret & PINK, Wellington FL

I went in for a return today with a bathing suit that fit too small on me, the gentleman that helped me picked the top and bottom like it was trash. Told me I was only allowed to return the bottoms and not the top because it had a small stain of deodorant that can be easily removed. It was only tried on once. I understand returns but I’ve seen people bring in worse returns than a small stain.don’t go to this location pga is much better.

Natalie is amazing! Her customer service is spectacular abs she Really cares about the customers needs.

Bad place. Not safety protocol enforce. Went there people w/o mask brought it to store employee attention she dis not care. Ask for manager same thing. These people doesn't care about people health in such crisis they would not say a thing to none compliant customers

A guy that works here messed up my return transaction causing me to pay my victoria secret account 40$ of money 3 months later that I did not owe for a product I never bought. So I got nothing and had to pay 40$ for nothing. I will stop shopping here and at victoria secrets in general. The manager did nothing to help. Gave me a number to call and that number told me to call the store. So I got nothing but run arounds then also lost money. Never again. SAD I have been shopping with VS for 7 years. I am also closing my account all because of him. By far the worst experience.

Went with my daughter to get a fitting and purchase new bras for the start of school. Was first greeted by a friendly employee that told me the specifics about sales and who to ask for help. I went to the next employee and asked for assistance with a fitting and was taken to the back of the store. Another employee handed me a tape measure and did the self fitting. I didn’t agree with the size so she remeasured. I asked about the sales since it is Labor Day weekend and she stated that the size needed is in the next room and I would need to purchase the bras and return if they don’t fit since the fitting rooms are not open. I asked if there were any items on sale in the room and she said no that I can download the app and receive information about when they have sales. She then proceeded to to tell me I might want to try Walmart. It would be more in my budget. I was frustrated by that comment and will not be returning to Victoria’s Secret. I will go back to Macy’s!

The lines always move quickly & they always stay so organized at this location! Even though all the sales!

Great experience here always. I love VS.the ambiance is everything. My favorite place to buy body mists. Amber Romance is to die for!

If you’re thinking of buying from this store during COVID, check the bag. Do not let them staple your bag until you check it. The cashiers will charge you for everything you bought and not place your items in your bag. I was at their store 07/09/2020 trans 8187 at 3: 42 pm. It’s such a waste of time for me to have to drive back to this store. I don’t live near their store. I wish I had open my bag and checked. Instead of trusting them to do their job. I’m so angry right now.

Hey guys, Its really not expensive, and shes worth it once you realize that women are queens and she should always be happy.

Return was fast and easy. Next time though I just bring my wife to make sure to get the right size.

Still it's worth to visit The Wellington Mall. I prefer to go to the Mall than shop online! The experience is real!

Store is always very disorganized, dirty.
There are plenty of staff members but they're too busy chatting with eachother.
