Victoria's Secret & PINK, Tampa FL

Why is this location never able to have their doors open at 11? I been here multiple times during the week and they seem to have a problem with knowing what time they are supposed to be open.

While shopping, I overheard an employee brag to another employee about how she will purposely bend down to fold underwear when she sees a customer heading to check out because she doesn't want to take care of them. (At this location when it's not busy they ring customers out in the front of the store.) I thought that was rather bold to make such a statement with other people around but kept it moving as I had my 4 month old with me and time can be limited. After finding my sizes I walked towards the checkout where an employee relayed through her headset that I was ready to pay. After taking longer than it should, up walked DUCK DUCK UNDERWEAR.

I could immediately tell she was annoyed by her body language but refrained from saying anything as I was literally 2 feet away from the door and almost out of there. Naturally as she's just about done ringing my items up, my baby stars to whale. I'm not sure if you've ever been out as a new mother but a whole level of panic comes over you as you don't want to disturb other people or put attention on yourself while trying to attend to your child.

I was $2.00 shy of being able to use my $15 off coupon and instead of saying "Hey girl, I have clearance lip-gloss for $2.00 or check this out! " she stood there staring at the wall offering no assistance as I frantically tried to find something out of the selection they had on a roll-away counter.

Then my phone showed no service and I couldn't get the coupon to load. There were several opportunities for the cashier to say, "Try this and see if it works, or let me just use a stock coupon instead. " After trying for a few minutes to no avail stacked with the screaming infant I felt defeated. I made a comment about what I overheard her say earlier coupled with the fact that she stared at the wall while I struggled to complete my check out that she could just cancel the transaction.

I went to Victoria's Secret to get some things to feel good about myself, and work on getting my groove back. While I'm not looking for a handout, empathy goes a long way. Women should lift other women up, not make them feel uncomfortable. When working in the customer service industry it is essential to lend a hand when needed.

Your employee completely missed the ball. But I bet those underwear are folded nicely. Although I won't be back to find out.

Citrus Park, Fl location. Not impressed. I went to go get the 2 for $54 bra special from the pink side of the Victoria's secret store. The bra that I found was dirty and clearly had makeup on it. The tags were also placed on with the security tag to where you could not see the size and the original tags were not in the original spots. When asked if there was a discount due to it being not new you know she scoffed and said that is something 'we don't discount damaged items'. My concern is you don't discount them but you do sell them, that feels kind of shady. Also it seemed like they were out of stock of a lot of things or they were in the middle of stocking everything up… but the pink side of the store was very disorganized and the xs/s slots were empty, although there were clear bins strung across the store that contained the xs/s. Overall, not terrible.but definitely worth the xtra minutes to visit a different location.

I just had the best customer service done at your store and Tatiana and Samantha the associates were very compassionate, very thorough, and excellent at their job. Manager Regina and Casey also are excellent there. The staff was friendly, and I would go here before any other branch.

Lots of different options and better deals than the store in the countryside mall. They are currently running specials for valentines day. Definite will recommend it

I've always loved victoria secret and the ladies are always so helpful. My favorite store ever!

Never been a fan of this location because of the service. Went in for a sale asked a question to one of the employees. She seemed bothered and didn't have an answer. I left without buying anything. Store is cluttered in appearance.

I love VS. They helped me bra fit and if they don't have in size or color always willing to help on the floor and order with free shipping.

Went in searching for a new bra and Amy was so patient and so helpful ️ finally found the perfect fit for me thank you so much. My last black bra lasted me 10 years, THIS is why I only shop Victoria's secret for my bras!

The store is much cleaner than it was pre covid but I can't say much about the selection or the staff. Way more associates in the PINK section than anywhere else in the store

Why would you guys have Lasership as your delivery company can't u see all the bad reviews and the 1star rating? ! They never delivered my package, they couldn't locate my package and I still never received it. Bad business! I will not be ordering from you again.
