Victoria's Secret & PINK, Pembroke Pines FL

Incredible treatment from the workers, I found what I was looking for very quickly. The store was very nice.

On May 15, I arrived at the store to make a purchase, my card was lost, and according to the Manager I had problems in the system to recognize my account. (in other stores they had given me the merchandise twice, just by entering my personal data, without any problem). I called customer service in front of her and the girl telephone assistant confirmed that my account did not have any kind of restriction and I informed them out loud the available balance that I have, she proposed to approve the purchase for 160 dollars in my name in the system and she responded that not like that, that she will pay with another card I told her I am not going to pay with another card because I came to use my Victoria credit that I have, I felt very poorly attended to and very reluctantly called a girl to translate for me because I don't speak English. Very bad service in this store, little friendliness with the customer, from the comments I found I see that I have not been the only one. I will return but to check with the "Manager" that I have excellent credit with Victoria Secret and that it was her that he didn't feel like selling me.

Typical Victoria Secret store. I would say the employees are what make the place enjoyable.

All the ladies at this store are mean, passive aggressive and have an entitlement problem lol didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. Go to a different location

Worst customer service ever!
I bought a gift card and the lady at the counter was reckless with it, pasting the card upside down on the to and from card and not the pretty side up. When I asked her to return it and give me a new one, she had an attitude and called the manager Carmen (African American lady). Carmen didn’t do anything and told me nothing could be done and let the employee continue with her attitude… A day later I go to the Victoria secrets in another location and they returned the gift card (even though it was ripped) and gave me a new one.what a horrible customer experience at this Pembroke location. I’m disgusted …

Every year I go to Victoria Secrets and purchase 35 lotions for the women that work with me. 20Yrs + I have been doing this. But this year I was told 30 was the limit. There were no signs up but the manager (she) said no. I asked if I could pay cash for the 5 I needed she still said NO. Still no signs were up in the store.
She is lucky to have a job treating people like this.
This is the store in Pembroke Pines in the Mall.
Will never shop there again!
