Victoria's Secret & PINK by Victoria's Secret, Destin FL

Came in to spend $35, ended up spending $150, thanks to the sweet old lady that helped us find what we wanted.

Wouldn’t accept return for a defective item that broke on its second use, item was still in good condition too just broke because it was poorly made. Apparently it’s not their “policy”. Managers wouldn’t even make an exchange.

Lady at the checkout doesn’t seem to understand her job because her attitude tells a whole different story

My boyfriend and I came in today around 10: 45 am. We were in line and somebody said “anybody next in line follow me” only one person followed her and everybody else just stayed put so we decided to try to go over there. Laurie decided to walk right in front of us and stop us, rudely saying we couldn’t go over there because we weren’t next in line. It’s understandable that maybe we overstepped, but to be so rude about it and flustering us the way she did shouldn’t be acceptable at all. She even continued to side eye us after that! I don’t know what was wrong with her but she certainly made her dislike to us clear. Again, her name was LAURIE!

Very great experience, I came in yesterday and I had so much fun shopping, here all the staff was welcoming and willing to help me find what I need, although there was a man yelling in the store accusing the store of being racist? Once someone explained the full situation I understood it wasn’t the stores fault but people being dramatic. Overall I hope the best of the store 10/10

The manager Krystal was oddly racist and i felt bad for the staff because of the commotion she caused. Ruined my whole shopping experience. Hopefully someone else better skilled steps to the plate!

Only thing was no one checked me out at the Pink section, had to check out in Victorias Secret. She was to busy talking.

Went in for a simple return with a receipt, i had used apple pay and the woman refused to accept my return and said i had to use a store credit card.my roommate had the same issue last time when she used apple pay and the cashier was way more helpful on finding the way to get her money back.whereas i was very needing of the money that is now sitting on a store card.went back in to complain to a manager who blatantly did not even try to fix the issue and say there telling me (while continuing to put underwear away not in front of a computer) that there is absolutely nothing she could do and that she’s just not sure why the computer isn’t accepting it.very unhappy with this return and feel as though everyone i had spoken to in this experience was VERY unhelpful.
