Nicely kept store. Staff is very helpful finding the proper sizes and performing fittings in the dressing room. Always a sale on something- anything from perfumes to lotions to bras and panties and the store is well organized and has a nice, easy flow for shopping and browsing items. Plus, there's plenty of mirrors around to quick glance at something holding it up to you before trying it on.

Kourtney was super helpful and inviting! She helped me set up my new Angel account and let me know many good deals!

Had the most horrible customer service ever! The sales associates would not allow me to use my coupons so I called customer service. When I called customer service, Connie, the associate on the phone called the store and spoke with a manger about allowing me to use my coupon. However, the associates told me I still cannot use my coupons because the code the customer service associate gave them over the phone was not working. I understand things happen but, you should honor the coupons and should never make the customer feel uncomfortable and not want to spend money. Good job Fort Myers! I will never spend my money in that store again.

Went in to purchase lingerie for a special weekend. Not one sales person greated me when I entered. Not a single
Sales person offered to help me. When I asked someone for the fitting room they merely pointed and said “over there”. It was not busy at all and approximately 5 sales associates were standing around laughing and joking around. For the amount of money I was willing to spend in that store I could not get through my shopping experience quick enough to leave. I can honestly say I will probably never return.

I love VS & PINK! They have great quality, and many amazing products that make you feel happy! I'll admit, this place can be a little pricey, but they hold crazy good sales from time to time!

They help me and the ladies are all nice, I just couldn't find the color of the shirt that I was looking for.

Love, love, love, going in that store. All their perfumes smell so good! Their clothes are so comfortable, & like the free stuff when you spend over $80.00.

Highest quality bra I own is from this Victoria Secret. It may be on the expensive side, but it's totally worth it to get a comfortable bra that'll last you years. I have Victoria Secret panties that have lasted since middle school. Victoria's stuff lasts.

I am a bit on the heavy side so I guess that is why they stared at me and followed me. Very uncomfortable.

The only helpful one was Anna. The rest were very rude and snotty. Anna made sure I was taken care of and helped me find what I was looking for. When I was looking for a shirt two girls who were standing fixing the underwear just stood there and stared at me. The cashier who checked me out snatched the coupons from my hand and stuffed everything in the bag. Not to mention I spent over 150 dollars there and that was the service I got? I will not be back.

They have the rudest staff. Never coming back. If you want at least DECENT customer service, NEVER COME HERE! Never have I experienced such rude behavior from nearly ALL of the employees.

Rude, was never going back, stood in 3 different lines took a hour.but i guess i have to, the dumb associate left the anti theft tag on my 65$ bra.
