Victoria's Secret & PINK, Jacksonville FL

Says it’s open online unlike other stores it says “temporarily closed”. Drove all the a way here and surprise it was CLOSED anyways also there’s barely anything stocked

The people was very pleasant and busy but the check out time was gud considering how busy they was.

Worst store I have ever been to. The employees are very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND WILL GIVE YOU A TON OF attitude. We spent almost $500 and they gave us a hard time over a “free” lipgloss. C’mom who does this? I have never been to a place that treats their clients with such an attitude. The lady at the register never apologized for her attitude, a lot of employees appeared to be “managers” and did not do anything to help or make this a better experience. Logan is the WORST cashier, than Gabriel a “manager” came up front to tell me that in order to get the “free” lipgloss we need to like the Victoria secrets page on Instagram (I have had that done for years now). I was in there with 3 kids and even they were amazed of the horrible experience that VS associates were providing. After all of that craziness happened we were exiting the store and The alarm sensors went off. WHAT A EMBARRASSMENT moment to have the other associates come and open all 9 bags of stuff to see what was going on. The ONLY associate that was very apologetic was Jackie.
DO NOT GO INTO THIA STORE.

I read the reviews and was a little skeptical about going to this particular store, but I must said I had a great experience, I had about four different associates come and help me out, great selections, great deals, clean and organized, will definitely go back.

I almost never write reviews, but since I received the best customer service hands down from a consultant named Mya at the Avenues location I had to give her kudos. First, she was patient with my husband and I as I tried on bra after bra trying to find the right fit. Second, she was knowledgeable we had lots of questions and every question that we had she answered. Third, I have never been treated so well while undergarment shopping. My husband and I were very pleased with the top notch customer service we received from Mya.
All in all, as long as Mya is at Victoria Secret they will get our business. She is the only reason we drive over 40 minutes to shop. Thank you Mya your the best. You made me feel like a queen.

Barely has bras sizes for my breast but I love the people here. It isn't the stores fault. It's the company.

Store was very messy. Not any associates to ask for help. Very unorganized. Ended up walking out and not making the purchase.

Selection of styles did not seem to be a broad as in the past. Store was basically empty and not one sales person spoke to me until I approached one to ask a question to.

It was a quick in and out. Ellie helped me and she was nice and efficient. Made it as painless as bra shopping can be.

My wife went to exchange some brassieres the sales woman was really kind, polite. So I recommend this store inside The Avenues Mall

I don't shop in VS. Just never saw why people pay for overpriced bras and panties. Well someone requested their perfume for a gift so I went to get it. Purchased a perfume gift set. Next day I find out they were BOGO. So why didn't the cashier tell me that and saved me a trip from going back to get my free gift set. Poor customer service at point of purchase and another cashier was smacking her gum while checking out customers. I suggest taking it back to solid salesmanship where the customer is treated like a million bucks and you bend over backwards to make me a lifetime customer. You had an opportunity to win me and my $$$ with a return visit but instead you lost me.

ZERO STARS.but I'm forced to click! THIRD visit to this location, and I will agree with the other truthful experiences. Rude! I felt as if I were bothering an employee when I asked for help. Some customer service provision training much needed for some of these employees.

I had an agaci bag and i was just casually shopping and a worker comes up to me and says “what did you get from agaci” and i responded a shirt and she says “that’s a big shirt”. I was so disgusted with her i left the store.

The staff at this particular location are very rude and could care less about customer service. I do not want to generalize, because it isn't ALL of them. But about 95% of the time, they are rude. For some reason it's just this one? The Town Center location, however, is excellent and they are very helpful at that location, just not this one.

Too bad there isn't a zero star review. Cashiers and their manager super rude! So after spending over 300 tonight to endure the rudeness and lack of professionalism was too much. So bye bye VS! Maybe you don't really need me as a customer. Fyi I wasn't the only one upset. Now I finally understand why my friends told me not to go to the Avenues VS store.

Horrible, The black chicks that work in this store are not welcoming. Their attitudes suck, It took everything thing in me not to snap today!

This store phone customer service sucks I was on hold with this store for 45minutes and the person who was helping me never picked back up and every time I shop at this mall store nothing but rude employees I will not be shopping at this store location again

A lot of the younger employees there have attitude. This particular store has a lot more selection during sales than the other VS in Jacksonville.

TOO EXPENSIVER. WENT TO BUY SOME ITEMS FOR MY MOMS BDAY AND IT WAS ALMOST $100 JUST FOR ONE BRA.

Horrible experience. The Customer Service is awful. The cashier/oversized African American lady was extremely unprofessional.
