Instructing ages as early as 3 and up.
I recently started joining my daughter's for class. Where else can you work out WITH your kids?
It has been an incredible experience from the physical strengthening to the mental enrichment and like skills that will carry through every aspect of our lives. My daughters have learned incredibly useful self-discipline techniques to protect against strangers.
The instructors are excellent. They are incredibly knowledgeable and love what they do.
After more than a year of bringing our girls here, it has become part of our family culture.
