To flee! A disaster, they ruined our vacation. We rented a car. Following a fuel error, we had to pay the sum of $650 in cash. We got no receipt despite our requests. And surprise, they withdrew the $1000 deposit from us without explanation and impossible to reach them. It's a scam!

I rented a car for more than a month in Miami and they still haven't returned the $200 guarantee.

I see all the reviews about this company and I don’t know why someone will give them a 1 star this guy literally help me out I was lost my current rental car cancel me at the last minute (was a waiting time of 3 hrs) he heard me arguing with and he came up to me to be honest I didn’t trust the guy.but I’ll give it a chance I look him up and the reviews kinda make me to tell him no but was the best decision … I’m all the way from Houston tx and thank you for your business

Hi just want share this experience with other people who is trying to rent a car. We found a guy on AirPort named Pedro he was the owner of the company “Victory rent a car „. He gave us a really good deal and everything was perfect he took care of us. Everything was exactly like he told us its going to be. If we visit Florida Miami again we will comeback to this company for sure.

Had a reservation at another rental company, but left the credit card at home. After many attempts of securing a car, I came across this company based on the reviews, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They accepted a debit card, was hassle & headache free with excellent service. Recommend!

Excellent Service I used it in 2022 in Miami and Orlando nothing to complain about.excellent condition of the car (silver Corolla like new), cleanliness and excellent mechanics. The attention was very good and what's more I had to deliver the car a day later and without a problem they charged me the difference and that's it. Thank you so much.

Super nice service and new car, they pick you up and leave you at the airport, they enter the ctt before your arrival by whatsapp which makes it very easy, they speak English and Spanish.

The staff at Victory Rent A Car are wonderful. Very professional, reliable, helpful and they do not rush people trying to sell additional options. What they do: they explain very clearly the available options and go with the customers carefully through the contract making sure everything is understood.
The cars are in good to excellent condition. Super clean. The processes are efficient. That includes the pickup and drop off at the airport, the review of the car once you return them, the availability of WhatsApp to communicate with them, etc.
Easy, efficient, reliable, friendly and good cars. A truly great experience.

It was great, and Mr. Pablo was very helpful. We arrived at the airport, and no car wasn't available to rent. All the rental places asked for a credit card, and we didn't have one at the moment. He heard us talking with other agencies and worked with us to get a rental. Prices are excellent
