I have been working with Justin and his team for a year now. I cannot say enough good about them. Justin is a great leader and gives that extra level of service everyone hopes for in his profession. I would highly recommend Victory and Justin’s team.

I am a prior employee of Victory Security and this company is tremendous to work for. The management is super attentive and will always work with you. The benefits are great and the pays pretty good too. The job itself is not difficult just follow procedures and you’ll be fine. All in all Victory Security is one of the best jobs I’ve had with one of the best management team you could ask for.

Our family reside in a gated community that is managed and protected by Victory Security and their team of very well educated, courteous, mindful, and respectful team of guards
from the time we moved homes and required multiple vendors to visit
to scheduling the delivery of our 15 foot Christmas tree
and helping us move packages and deliveries while we were overseas
the entire team has always been on top of every single detail and made our family feel safe and secure

My Boss Mr. Filbert always keeps his word. When there was an error with my pay. He took care of issue right away. He always speaks to all Officers in the most polite respectful possitive way. He answers his phone 24 hours a day. Best Security Boss Ive had in many years. Always ensures Officers have what we need to do our jobs. The Best.

Just to clear the air, the aforementioned Vice President of the company, RON FILBERT, is the greatest boss anyone could ever ask for. He manages the best security company on this side of the equator soley because of his devotion and consideration for his employees and anyone who says otherwise *ahem* "Kayla Kissyface" (what even is that name?) is a spiteful coward with no outlet for their emotions so they feel like they need to put down one of the greatest men I have ever met online, where no one can confront them over being fired for their own incompetence. This company is the best and most effective security company I know, saving posts from potential and immediate loss of life and property. There is none more professional and experienced, a lot of which can be traced back to the dedication of Ron Filbert who gets an average of two hours of sleep just to manage his posts, be on call for his officers and their sites, and ensure everyone gets paid. There is no better leader in the work force than Ron Filbert, and none more bitter and childish as Kayla Kissyface if she can even hold a job for half a week.
EDIT: Haha, Kayla removed her comment.

I've been working for victory security for 3months now and they have been nothing but amazing to me. Let me explain I work in a gated community my boss is Ron Filbert he is the most amazing boss I could have ever asked for. I went into the job telling him about my family member and put situation. Long story short every time I needed off to be with her he would let me. Also my beautiful wonderful MA had throat cancer he knew about this the day I had gotten hired. Two weeks ago she started bleeding out I cired to Ron I had no one to talk to. He gave me the rest of the week off and the whole of last week off to be with her. And it was the most wonderful time we ever had.now comes Sunday February 16 year 2020 my ma passed away of her cancer if it wasn't for Ron Filber giving me that week and a half with her I wouldn't of had that week because of him I got to be with my MA being with her on her last day! He even told me not to come back take extra days. But I told him I want to work! That I need to keep myself busy! And he did that this Sunday is her funeral and I asked him for Monday off so the family can honor her.he said yes! Because of this man I can be with my family! Best company I have worked for he is family oriented! I would tell my Ma everyday this job treats me right! It's amazing! I like it! So much! Now to current day feb. 19th 2020! Ron calls me every day on the work phone and my cell phone to check up on me if it wasn't for him I would probably be in more of a depression than I am now. He's my support team as well as my friends at work they're all my support team and if it wasn't for my friend Noemi I would've never had this job she's my best friend and showed me what a real company is I love you guys so much team yacht club

I’ve worked at the same post for the last 11 years. The last 5 years as site supervisor. My boss Ron Filbert VP of operations with victory security has worked and taught me very well in my new position. The past few years I’ve heard personal health issues. Ron has been helpful and compassionate throughout my difficulties. Ron Filbert has always told me he is just a phone call away. If I need him he is always there. Victory security is the best security company I have ever worked for

I've been with Victory Security for about 5 years. Victory Security is a wonderful company to work for. Then negative review is very shameful for Kayla Kissyface to post because it is so far from the truth and she is trying to tear a wonderful man down for what. Ron Filbert has a open door policy. You can call him anytime of the day or night. He makes his self available to all his officers no matter what he is doing. He is a very very good man who will do anything to help any of his officer's and I know this first hand. I've worked multiple post for this company and have worked with a lot of officers. Everyone I have personally worked with has always been a pleasure. With Victory Security your not just a employee number you are part of there family. I have kids and things have came up last minute and all you have to do is call Ron and talk to him and he always finds a way to solve the issue at hand. Kayla your review should be reported to Google because it is a review that holds no truth. Don't come and try and tear down a company or a man that has done and will do anything to help his officers. I can't tell you how many times I've had to call Ron and many times it was in the early hours of the morning and he always answers my call. Last but not least for you to speak on one of are officers losing his life you are out of line. You speak on things you don't no anything about. Thank you Victory Security and Ron Filbert for all you have done for me personally and for all of your employees.

Victory Security is the best employer that I have ever worked for, they have always treated every employee that I’ve known as if they were family and are always looking to help out anyway possible. There is always an open line of communication between supervisors and employees and even to the directors of various site that Victory operates it is overall an outstanding company.

Great company to work for especially working for Director Byers. He rewards hard work, is very fair, and truly cares about his team. Highly recommended!

The below review from Kayla "Kissyface" is completely inaccurate. I have been with this agency for over15 years now and they are the warmest people I have ever encountered. They run their operation like a small family, even though they have over 500 employees.

Kayla is obviously a disgruntled employee. She was given every opportunity to be heard. I have first hand knowledge that human resources spent countless hours with her and even the President of Victory contacted Kayla directly to aid in the situation. It's very sad that Kayla couldn't just move on with her life instead of badmouthing a reputable company like Victory. The door is always open at Victory, never closed.

As for Mr. Ron Filber.he has been with the company for a very long time and happens to be the nicest person youd EVER meet. It's a shame that someone like Kayla say such bad things about a very nice man. She should be ashamed of herself. Kayla "Kissyface" should stop spreading untruths and hiding behind her keyboard.

I worked for victory for 4 months never called out once or showed up late and i overslept 2 hours because of sickness and my boss Ron Filbert fired me. Hes an 80 year old man with the company that cant even rememeber your shift tells you to keep things under the table and is completely unprofessional. They hire creepy hostile old men and if you try to talk to someone about how you feel lile you might die even though one of their officers shot another in the head they laugh at you. Completely unprofessional company and a joke most the officers just sit on their ass and the human resources is for the company not the people. If you get Ron Filbert for a boss you might as well quit unless you like to kiss ass to make cash.

Horrible experience. Was the worst job ever & for training the Boss Mr. Williams got mad because I said I couldn't work on Thanksgiving. My bestfriend got married that day & this was going to be a part time job for me. Due to me having a full time job. Boss was very very rude & unprofessional. He was talking about his staff to me during training. Never would I advise anyone to work for this company.
