VIENNA CAFE & BISTRO reviews
17Excellent as always. Haven't come here for a while but the service and the food were as great as before. Definitely will keep coming back.
This restaurant is amazing the food is delicious I went for my birthday brunch with some friends a had the best time! John and Jose did everything to make us feel special I ordered the French onion soup and was amazing also the veggie crepes and was delicious, the owner came outside to talk to us being there was an amazing experience 100% recommended
My first time at Vienna was for a bridal shower I was hosting for my best friend. From the moment I first called, Jessy made EVERYTHING soooo easy and pleasant! She even allowed our vendor to set up decoration. Gave us the upmost attention and care. There was no request too big or too small for her. She made an event that otherwise would’ve been stressful, fun and exciting. A million thank yous to Jessy.
The food and drinks were also delicious and tasteful. Everyone ordered a different menu item and it was all nothing short of amazing. The entire wedding party will definitely be returning again!
The food is so delicious and fresh! I really appreciated the waiters, as they were so efficient as well as friendly! The outside patio seating is so crisp and pretty, but to say the inside is beautiful would be an understatement. I’m in awe!
The restaurant was beautiful, loved the staff and the food was delicious. Definitely will return.
I love coming to this place! It’s super nice, cozy, and the food is excellent! One of my favorites in Cooper City
First time at this place, and won’t be my last. The sandwiches were delicious! Ask for Juan, he gives amazing service and great recommendations!
NOT WORTH THE PRICE! The High Tea is $39.99 per person, but you share a TEA TOWER. 4 people per tower, so that comes to $160 per tower, 8 people had the towers, so $320 for a few sandwiches, scones and deserts. (see photos) You get a few small sandwiches, a scone per person and a few tiny desserts. That is not enough food for a meal. We had to go to Publix next door to get REAL FOOD. BUT THAT ISN"T THE WORST PART. I spoke with the manager Mark, and he was not sympathetic at all that a group of 10 people didn't think the amount of food was worth the value and that the website is misleading. He said you are paying for the "Experience". While having a 1x1 conversation with him a waitress Brianna rudely butted in and said IS THERE A PROBLEM? She then went on a rant about how that's my opinion that the website isn't clear on the pricing / value of the food. She got loud with us and Mark walked away and just went on to whatever he was doing. They didn't try to turn our disappointment around or treat us as paying customers.
I love this place. The best eggs Benedict in all of Broward! Everything on the menu is savory and delicious. The atmosphere is European the decorations are beautiful EVERY-TIME I visit this place I I feel like a princess in London, near Queen Elizabeth. This is a most go to experience - breakfast or lunch - Juan is my superstar waiter- Marc is lovely- everyone here is super sweet and friendly.
Don’t bother to make a reservation, you will wait the same as a walk in.
Great food, good cocktails, waitresses are very friendly. I think a bit of music inside would make a difference.
Great place.
We have been going to the Vienna Cafe for over 10 years. Never, never had a bad meal! Awesome place. Make reservations
I have to confess that I arrived without any expectations. But what a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is magical, it immediately transported me to Europe. The treatment of the workers was wonderful. And the food is unbeatable. I recommend it for the whole family.
They have unique menu that you can't find a lot of them in typical restaurant.you won't realize how great this the atmosphere and design till you walk in.it totally different and take you in Europe.all staff very attentive and charming.you should check this place out for sure.
I’m so sad, today was not a good experience at Vienna. We waited a long time for the food and after waiting so long I found hair on my plate!
I will b back because this can b an isolated incident and have fond memories of previous gatherings there but I’m mentioning it so this can be a learning experience for your staff.
Great menu and staff.
Just dont expect a sunday roast. The beef wasnt even london broil the yorkshire was terrible, roasted potatoes i didnt know you can screw them up so bad over seasoned and half cooked and just meh.
Wont be coming back here again
We came here to celebrate one of my coworker’s birthdays and what a delightful surprise this cafe was! I’ve been to this plaza so many times and somehow never knew this place existed. I felt as though I was sitting at a place in the middle of England while I was here. The service was great and the food was delicious! I will definitely be coming back here
Used to come here all the time when it was owned by the previous family. Recently I called in a Togo order. I ordered a London broil sandwich with a “bowl” of butternut squash soup for $32. The sandwich had a fattier meat than the previously used and the onions were oily instead of cooked in butter. The oil made the French bread (which was good) kind of soggy and inedible in spots. I peeled it off. There was absolutely no horseradish on my sandwich either which is my favorite part. The soup “bowl” I received is a cup size at any other restaurant. For $32, I rather go to the Publix next door to get a sub. It’s quite unreasonable considering price and location. I have never had a problem with their service though.
