I had a marvelous experience at this facility. The office is spacious, clean, and the waiting rooms are super relaxing. I went in for my first ever mammogram (I was dreading it actually, all I could think of is my mother and grandmother complaining about the pain) and the staff was so sweet, reassuring, and supportive the entire time. Thankfully, the procedure didnt hurt me at all! They say the machines have come a really long way, and from my experience, it's true. I definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a mammogram or ultrasound. The doctor was excellent too - she discussed my results with me the same day of the procedure- I thought I'd have to wait till after the weekend passed, but nope! Overall a fantastic experience.

The employees who answer the phone are short with every caller, extremely rude, they hang up "by accident" and do not apologize nor call you back, wait on hold for more than 10 minutes just to ask simple questions about important medical procedures. If you don't care about people, don't work in the medical field! I've called multiple times and this is the type of customer service they provide. HR please start listening to how these employees speak to patients, it's horrible and they should BE FIRED!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called this location 3 times and the first 2 times I got hung up in my face after waiting on hold. When I finally got through they told me they cant schedule m an appointment for this upcoming month month until its closer toward the time which makes no sense if they are telling me they are already booked booked out? So no I have to wait again? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and hopefully they get new customer service staff because the experience is already horrible after already being skeptical reading other reviews. This is beyond ridiculous.

I have been going to Viera Diagnostic Center for 21 years. The front desk, Jennifer has always been so kind and efficient. Wanda did my Mammograms and Bone Density test for many years. She retired and I miss her. But today I had my mammogram with Heather, she’s young and very nice and kind and patient getting me positioned just right. I think she’ll be a real asset to VDC. Also I got a chance to speak with the Office Manager Kathleen Casey to tell her all the good experiences I’ve had here, and in 21 years I only have good things to say, the staff is so kind and nice. Thanks for a wonderful place to to have tests done.

I have been to Viera Diagnostic before. I’d like to compliment Patricia for her assistance & patience! She’s very efficient as well. Also I’d like compliment my X-ray tech, Rachel. She was very helpful & was confident in her work.
Your call center at times have been rude & always want to rush through my call. To avoid your call center, I visit your SpyGlass location. Sadly the young woman I spoke with was one of the worse customer service folks I have spoken with.

I had a wonderful experience at the Spyglass location when I went for an ultrasound a few months ago. They were great with scheduling and plenty of availability. I was taken for my appointment on time and the techs were friendly and professional. My results were emailed to me in less than a week and also sent to my doctor.
I called today to ask a question about xrays and the operator was so pleasant and answered all of my questions without rushing me off the phone. I recommend Viera Diagnostics to anyone who needs imaging tests done.

Called to schedule an appointment and apparently they hire the rudest people possible to interface with paying customers. Skip this place. Unbelievable.

Don't.
1) I was referred by my doctor next door for a CTScan and on arrival the reception couldn't be bothered to even talk to me. Two of the rudest women I have ever encountered manned the reception desk. My wife was doubled over in pain and after standing waiting for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged she finally tersely told us to sit down and she would get to us because she was "busy".
2) We were given an appointment for the following day and when we arrived similar to #1, the rude receptionist let us wait about 15 minutes before she acknowledged and then told us we were at the wrong place and needed to go to the imaging location in Viera (we were at the suntree location). When she made the appointment for us the day she didn't bother to tell us that info, so we had to rush to the viera location.
I would say this was one of the worst medical services operation I have ever seen. Do your self a favor and avoid the clowns at all costs.

They wasted my whole morning and gas to deny my son service due to an unpaid balance that the insurance should have paid. He was and still fully covered. Drive 1 hour out of my way. They were not willing to solve the problem, very unprofessional, unfriendly and careless. This place needs a new office manager. Called her out to speak to me, she didn't even bother to come out and sent someone else Karla to talk to me. Called the office manager, left her a vm and texted. The office manager Kathleen Casey didn't even bother to reach back out to me. This people should not be working with customers if they don't have the proper education to do so!

They went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank them enough. I could not remember when I had my last mammogram. Somehow they found my records and the Radiologist Md was able to compare my newest mammogram with a very old one. Which was able to get me a piece of mind. Excellent service. I won’t go anywhere else for testing that needs to be done.

Technicians and other staff were wonderful, very attentive and made me feel comfortable for my first ever mammogram! I really appreciated also that the radiologist was onsite, able to review my studies within 10 minutes of having the mammogram and utrasound done, then let me know the results. Thank you so much!

Good Experience

The ultrasound department on the second floor is clean and welcoming. The waiting room is spacious and usually has a television playing for your distraction (there's also an area without a television if you prefer to read something while you wait instead). The office moves quickly and is often busy, but the staff listens to my concerns and ensures I get the best treatment. The radiologist is very patient and explains the test results clearly and without causing alarm. I love that I get my report immediately after my testing is done, so I don't have to wait in suspense for several days!

The waiting rooms are designed to be relaxing and stress-free, and I noticed a pleasant, lemongrass scent in the lobby area. Bathrooms and a vending machine with snacks and beverages are located on the first floor for your convenience.

Have gone here for over 20 years. My last visit I was 15 minutes late because I was stuck on the highway from a terrible accident during extreme weather. I called immediately to let them know. In fact, I was on the phone the entire way while waiting for them to reach the actual office where my appointment was. I did arrive finally safely. I had the courtesy to call and even though it was out of my control, I felt like I was punished for being late. After I filled out paperwork I heard someone say I'll take the next patient meaning the one scheduled after me. I was then made to wait 40-45 minutes. I found it hard to believe they would have been ready to take me right at my appointment time. But whatever, I said nothing and waited quietly. At the end of my test, I was told to open the door after I was dressed and she would take me to back waiting room to speak with radiologist. This is something that they've ALWAYS done. But, nope, not that day! Instead, when I opened the door, the young lady told me, well, nothing popped out or something to that affect so you can leave. I was clearly not being treated as the other patients. They then submit a report stating I refused a mammogram. I had an ultrasound because of a device in my chest and I was afraid it would be damaged. So it wasn't that I refused it. I didn't think I could get one. Not one person sat down and explained anything to me, or told me that they could still do it. Not one person took the time to even suggest to do it or at least one side of my mammogram. That being said, the lack of care or concern and different treatment I received because I was late for an appointment beyond my control, after over 20 years, I will go elsewhere. I ended up requesting all of my records. After a 20 year history you think I would've received more than FOUR! Absolutely ridiculous. I went to Health First Breast Center and they also requested records and never received them which is why I then contacted them to request my records. They only gave me 4 and one only included ONE view. I called to speak to the office manager today regarding this. The lady who answered wanted to know why I wanted to speak with her. I said it's a conversation for her. She asked me my name and my birthdate etc.put me on hold and came back within a very quick moment and said she's not available. Not surprised. I said of course she isn't. So the bottom line is I won't be going there anymore. I didn't appreciate how I was treated when I was late, beyond factors of my control. I showed courtesy by calling and I was still within 15 minutes of the appointment time. I went to Health First Breast Center, and was treated with kindness and respect. They showed care and also explained I could get a mammogram and made sure I was ok throughout the entire process. VERY different experience. They also requested my records only to be ignored. My initial appointment there had to be rescheduled because Viera Diagnostic didn't respond to record request nor did they give complete records to me. I have a legal right to ALL my records and if I don't receive them I guess I may need to take it a step further.

If I could give zero stars I would. My doctor sent test work to them over night and I called the next day to make sure they got it and schedule an appointment. They claimed they didn’t get the paper work. They told me to email it to them which I did. Then they claimed they couldn’t understand the paperwork (which was clear as day). I finally get my appointment scheduled then the day before the appointment they leave a voicemail on my phone threatening to cancel the appointment within 1 hour unless I call back with the insurance info. I was working and couldn’t get back to them in time and they canceled it. They canceled it without even talking to me on the phone. Don’t recommend this place they are heartless and could care less about their patients. Your only a number to them

The service was good but way over priced for a self pay mammogram. My dr sent me there and it was $450 for a self pay.
