Viera East Veterinary Center, Rockledge FL

I got in the day I called to help our dog with an ear infection. We left with a much happier dog and he’s been symptom free since! I would definitely recommend Viera East.

Once again a great experience with Dr Caitlin Burns and staff at Viera East Vet’s office. Always feel my dog Rocky is in good hands there. Everyone is pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Totally recommend them!

I bring my standard poodle to see Dr. Basabe for Chiropractic care.
He limps in and prances out. That's why I drive 100 miles up from Stuart.

Staff is very helpful and has a great attitude. Doctors always try to accommodate the needs of your dog. Doctors are very knowledgeable with treating your animal.

I really like Viera East Vet Clinic although they are a little more expensive than my last vet. My dog now has diabetes so having to take him in several times to get him regulated has cost me quite a bit that I had not expected. But I would do almost anything for my baby Snickers.

The staff was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They will become our new vet and we highly recommend them.

Very thoughtful on how the doctor and tech interacted with Penny. She was very scare being her first time there.

I have been taking my Phoebe there for three years now. We recently got another dog and he was very scared to be at the vet. Thomas and Dr. Burns were absolutely amazing! They were very patient and kind with him. Thank you guys for taking such great care of Leo! Best vet office ever!

I highly recommended this veterinary clinic. My Ruger loved going to see Jolanta for rehab when he hurt his back and looks forward to seeing Courtney every time he comes in. All the Doctors and staff have been great with all my dogs. The ladies at the front counter are always friendly & ready to greet you when you walk through the door. Deanna always has a smile on her face and is willing to help with any questions you have. Dr. Bywater and her techs Crystal, Donna and Alexis were so compassionate when we had to euthanize our beloved Trager unexpectedly. They took their time explaining what was wrong with him and allow us time to process it and understand that we were making the right decision. I trust them with all my dogs health care needs and wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else.

We have been bringing our 17 year old Chihuahua to Viera East for almost 7 years. We moved here from Baltimore. I really didn’t think I would find another great vet clinic. I always look for an AHHA approved clinic. Which means they have to be regulated.

I can’t express my thanks enough to the frond receptionists Deanna, Katie, Denise, Jamie. They are always nice to my son with autism that comes with me to carry Princess. They all make sure that my questions get answered and her prescriptions filled.
The techs that have to baby talk Princess and go slowly with her for her nails and tails. Blood draws and talking to the vets about Princesses medicine or medical issues. Crensha, Courtney, Donna work the most with Princess.
All the vets have been great Dr Bywater, Dr. Madyda, Dr Basabe.
Finally, a great big thank you to Jolanta for doing laser on Princess to make her old bones and muscles feel better!

Viera E Veterinary Center was AMAZING! I had the pleasure of meeting Emily, technician, and Dr. Madyda who were able to get all the services done (which previous vets struggled to do). I have never been to a vet where every single person working there was so kind, patient, gentle, and effective. I have a very well behaved 1 yr old kitten but he hates the vet and gets so scared…. The technicians and the Dr.were able to give him his vaccines and trim his nails which is something I always struggle with when taking him elsewhere. Everyone was so compassionate and made this visit so much easier! I HIGHLY recommend this place for any animal needs, they are the best!

Deanna and Jamie were wonderful when we arrived, our Tech Donna made Millie feel very comfortable. Thanks also to Dr Burns for making everything easy to understand. Very good visit to Viera East Vet Center!

This place is awesome. The vets are always kind and the nurses are always so sweet and funny. They really take the time to make you feel like your animal is literally the cutest thing they have ever seen. At our last visit, Crystal took the time to really explain what was going to happen and made us feel like our (somewhat naughty) frenchie was a good girl. Thanks for taking such good care of our babies!

Took my rat terrier in for diagnosis of digestive tract issues, $360 worth of tests came back inconclusive and wanted $1100 for further testing. Took him to another vet, $160 diagnosed him with pancreas issues and prescribed Panzquin. Viera East is a predatory business and could give two cares less about the health of your animal unless you can afford it.

I have been taking my lab to viera East since he was a puppy now he’s a senior, he has always recieved the best care so when we got a second lab we knew exactly where to bring her. Courtney (our tech) is THE best, she always explains everything clearly for us and prepares us for the doctor. She treats our dogs as if they were part of her family. (they even get excited to see her) we are so thankful we have such a great team to care for our little babes.

Dr. Bywater and Courtney took great care of our little Chihuahua. They treated her like she was their own!

Very friendly staff, my techs Courtney and Crystal went above and beyond to make my cat comfortable with getting shots and blood taken. 100% recommend them. Doctor explained everything to me in detail and I didn't feel rushed, they took their time which I appreciate.
