Vijay Sharma MD, MPH ENT / Jupiter Sinus & Allergy

This is overdue! I scheduled a new patient appointment about 4 weeks ago. I was given a prompt appointment, which was a plus not being told because I was new, I’d have to wait months!

From the front staff, to the techs and doctor assistants, to Dr. Sharma, everything went incredibly smoothly.

I was seen on time, and they were busy, I wasn’t rushed in any way, had all my questions answered, and left without feeling anything got overlooked or dismissed.

Having been through other medical issues and a surgery over the last year (unrelated to ENT), this was truly a great experience, because I’ve definitely had a few that have been terrible in other medical offices and hospitals.
It almost felt unreal to have everything go so well!

Anyway, definitely meant to leave this review sooner, but many thanks to Dr. Sharma and staff, you restored some of my faith in doctor offices with my visit!

I had a scheduled appt for my 88 year old mom. We arrived on time and I gave the front desk my mom's Medicare, secondary insurance card with a photo ID. The photo ID was expired by ONE month. They refused to treat her.
She has been to new doctors over the past month and not once turned away. Disgraceful to be treated like that.

Dr Sharma is great. Doesn't let you leave unless he's answered everything you want. Always makes you feel comfortable. He's the kind of doctor everyone would and should want.

Google doesn't give you enough typing space to write about all the great things one can say about Dr. Sharma and his team. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and professionalism I received from him and his entire staff. Everyone from the front desk all the way to the post op care after my surgery. Never mind how seamless it all went, I feel a thousand times better and the pain was absolutely minimal for septum surgery. Dr. Sharma has to be one of the most pleasant and fun doctors you will ever work with, and it reflects amongst his entire team. Everyone makes it an enjoyable experience instead of dreading to go to a doctors office. Id give you 10 stars doc if i could. My family and I will be patients for life, and who ever else I can recommend will definitely be coming your way. Thank you again for a Fantastic experience on something I've put off for over 20 years

Dr. Sharma and his staff are awesome! My ear was completely plugged up an it affected my hearing. I was in and out in a half an hour with everything back to normal. I recommend him to anyone that asks.

Exceptional staff, PA's and Physicians. All friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone make you feel welcomed.

Dr. Sharma and the entire team are excellent. I have been seeing him for a few years for sinus polyps and he is excellent.

I am a first time patient who had a very positive experience with Dr Sharma. Besides his charming personality he had a very sensible approach to my sinus issues. He doesn't push surgery and clearly presents all the options. He also shared information about which prescriptions not to mix, time of day to take meds. I appreciated the review sheet given at the end of the visit that summarized the appointment, the meds and procedures. Only negative was the wait time which may have been due to unexpected issues with patients before me.

Horrible bedside manner. After speaking with Dr. Sharma’s assistant twice about getting a device for sleep apnea and waiting for an hour and 15 minutes in his office, Dr. Sharma told me he “doesn’t do that” and walked out of the office. After saying I won’t be coming back to his office after how I was treated, he said, “good. ” Horrible. Do not waste your time.

After years of constant sinus headaches and issues, I finally decided to research ENTs in the tri-county area. I have been very happy with my decision to drive 2 counties south to see Dr. Sharma. Dr. Sharma has always done an excellent job explaining everything and answering any questions I have had.

I ultimately decided to have a sinus procedure done in his office to alleviate my constant sinus issues. All of the staff was great at helping explain and schedule the necessary steps. Dr. Sharma followed up that night to see how everything was going, and was available if the need arose. I have been extremely happy that I decided to have the procedure. Chronic sinus issues had been a large part of my life for so long, I had forgotten what it felt like to breathe easily and have fewer headaches.

I was also impressed with Dr. Sharma when I needed a referral for other specialties. He tries to ensure that he recommends great doctors. He even asked how the experience was with the doctors, to know if he should continue to recommend them.

Based on my experience, I would recommend Dr. Sharma to anyone in need of an ENT, especially if you suffer from sinus issues.

I came in, as a first time patient, and am beyond happy with my experience. Everyone from the front desk to the PA and doctor, were so, genuinely, friendly and helpful. Im able to hear again after a year and could not be more thankful to Taylor and Dr. Sharma.

Dr. Sharma and his entire staff are simply world-class. He is not only the sharpest ENT out there, but he’s one of the best clinicians I’ve ever met and certainly the most compassionate, attentive and sincere. If you live in Jupiter or for that matter anywhere within a 3 hour radius considered yourself blessed to have someone as excellent as Dr. Sharma that you can drive to see! I can’t thank him and his staff enough for the care, both for my condition and me, that they provided.

Dr. Sharma is fantastic! Incredible practice, both he and his staff are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sharma is very thorough and has ALL the tools & technology to assess any situation. Each & every visit I am very well informed and always leave feeling better! Five Star quality & Service!

Dr. Sharma is absolutely wonderful and one of the best ENT doctors anywhere! His expertise is unbeatable and he is so very kind and takes as much time as needed to answer all questions. His staff is lovely. And, you get a real person answering the phone! He is the very best and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are amazing! Every time I have an appointment with him, I am only in the lobby for about 5 minutes, where I relax in a leather chair and enjoy a complementary bottle of water.

His nurses and assistants are top notch and they take the time to get to know you and make you feel at ease. Dr. Sharma is no exception. He has excellent "bedside manner" and always goes the extra mile to explain symptoms and remedies. If you are interested, he even will even take the time to give you a quick anatomy lesson using his camera probe so you can see what is going on with your ears, nose, or throat!

At the conclusion of each appointment, I was always greeted by one of his friendly staff at the counter who quickly scheduled my next appointment (s) and called in all my prescriptions for pickup at my pharmacy.

I highly recommend Dr. Vijay Sharma for any one with ear, nose, or throat problems; he is outstanding!
