I don't have any problem with the doctor if you actually have a chance to be seen by him, he ended up cleaning my ears and this is what I came for, but I have some complaints for the assistant, I felt like she was pushing the services I don't need. It turned out that the hearting test I didn't need but she insisted could be done for 19$ instead of 150$ with my insurance. So you just need to refuse to do it, and then they offer you a cheaper option. The ear cleaning cost me extra money too. But now my husband came back from the same doctor and he was done all the same things for free, he was told his insurance covers it all, the only thing I'm connected to his insurance! However I was charged for the same service with the same insurance.
I also was "recommended" doing an allergy test when I don't have any allergies I came there just to clean my ears! Simple! And they said the allergy test consists 3 steps and each costs money ofc!
So all this experience was ridiculous, frustrating, took more than 1,5h, and feels like scam. I don't recommend this place

As always, the place was full of patients, doctors and staff. Dr. Z, as always, took time to examine my wife and I, discuess our health issue's and prescribe medications for those issues. I think in his home country, he would be considered a holy man!

Great experience with Dr. Zaveri. One of the nicest doctors I’ve encountered. Answered all of my questions and gave clear answers. Also was in and out in a very timely manner.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Zaveri. He is patient, kind and very funny. He always finds a way of turning a pain into a pleasure.

Wait time is insaneeee, and I’m speaking for the people who actually had an appointment! Other than that, the service was very good (realistically, I’d give more of a 3 1/2 star because timeliness is really important to me).

Excellent experience! Staff was super courteous, wait was about 15 minutes. —— I went to an ENT in my home town regarding a smell in my nose. The doctor in my home town looked up in my nostril said possible infection and gave me 2 weeks of antibiotics and sent me home. Fast forward a month later… I still didn’t feel enough was done so I went to Miami (3 hours from my town) to S. Florida ENT (Zaveri, MD). He looked up inside my nose, put a camera all the way in and checked. While checking he found some scar tissue that explained my bleeding and saw nothing else. He also took a culture just to make sure all was good. Everything was done perfectly and I thank S. Fl. ENT for everything and I will definitely go back if I have a problem in the future.

Gotta be honest. I saw Dr Zaveri as an emergency. My ENT was out of the office. My experience with Dr. Zaveri was beyond pleasant!
He not only did what was necessary to make me feel better, but his bedside manners were just what a sick patient needs.
I was so pleased by the way he treated me, as well as his assistant.

Dr. Zavari is the BEST ENT in South Florida. His team is phenomenal. Ivomny, the P. A.and Natalyn are absolutely amazing! If you suffer from seasonal allergies or need ear repair surgery book your appointment with Dr. Zavari. I’ve know Dr. Zavari for several years and he is so caring and compassionate. Has the best doctors bed side manners ever. He is also is bilingual and his Spanish is great. All of his office staff are friendly and professional. He takes most insurance coverage and his office is so beautiful and with phenomenal views of the Coconut Bay area.

This was probably the best medical experience I've ever had in my life.

Dr. Z is an incredible person, out of this world energy and bedside manner. It's very clear that he takes his work seriously and is dedicated to his craft. He is basically the opposite of most Miami doctors whose attitude is "give me your money, I am not paying attention to details". Dr. Z was patient with all my questions, explained things carefully, and was very considerate during the recovery process. There was some confusion around appointment times and paperwork in the process and his office where very helpful at all times.

Anyone who gets to work with Dr. Zaveri is fortunate to do so!

Excellent service, cannot complain. Dr. Zaveri and his team are extremely proffesional, answered all my questions, treated me like family. After my surgery, i received follow up calls to see how i was doing, excellent care.
