Mark was amazing! I thought I would need a new pool motor but he was able to fix the old one! His service was prompt and professional! Will definitely use him again in the future!

Great service. Very professional.
Very knowledgeable on pool equipment and service. I just got the pool drained, cleaned and refinished. It had not been working in over 5 years. I could not get filter/pump working. I called Viking and they came out the same day. They had it working in no time. Well worth the service call. They were very professional and extremely helpful on showing me how everything works. I am so thankful for their help.

I can’t say more good things about this company. I called him yesterday. He was on a job but still took the time to text me back. He said that he could come by the next morning. I was surprised first of all at the quick service. He gave me a two hour time frame that he would come in. He showed up within the time he said. And after explains problem he gave a ball park price that it would most likely cost. He fixed our pump that had two stones in it, but not before taking it apart. It was repaired and explained for allot less than the price quoted. In todays economy where everyone is charging twice as much as their usual price it was refreshing to find an honest, upfront professional business. They come highly recommended by us. KayCee Cary

Have paid over $1600 and pool flow problems still not fixed. Viking came within hours and diagnosed the problem and pointed us to someone who could fix it. They were terrific!

Only because I cannot give 10 stars. We had Viking out because our 5 month newly installed filtration system was not working properly. It’s was installed by a multi location chain company in the area. This was the same company that we had a monthly cleaning contract with but after observing what exactly they were doing and time spent the value for the money wasn’t there.
Viking came out explained everything about the filter and what needed to be done and how to make better use of the system, making it more efficient.
Thank you so very much for picking up the slack where the other failed.

Excellent company with fair prices and wonderful work. They showed up on time, replaced my pool pump and converted it from chlorine to salt and walked me through how to use the new system and even came back a week after the project to make sure the salt levels were good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pool repair or cleaning company.

Mark the pool technician that came out was on time and accurate with all he said he was gonna repair, we need new parts because my pool is a bit old and we found them and he right away came over and installed the, my pool is working great and reasonably priced.
