Vikram Tarugu MD - Rated Best GI Doctor, Okeechobee FL

I think Dr. Tarugu’s has the best doctor’s office I have been to. Staff were great and we actually saw him a few minutes before our appointment started.

He was right on time for the appointment, listened to my problems, and put me on a good diet that got rid of my gastro problems within a month. I highly recommend him if you have any gastro problems that you can’t seem to get rid of.

His dietary consulting was great and got my leaky gut issue fixed pretty quickly without too much work. I would recommend him if you’re looking for a good gastro doctor. The appointment was also easy to make and his staff were quite nice to deal with.

Dr. Tarugu did a wonderful job diagnosing my digestive issue and coming up with a diet plan that worked for me. His office staff was also all very nice and easy to work with.

Tried to get an address error resolved and the staff was just so rude! It's sad how business treat people these days

Got my colonoscopy done by Dr. Tarugu. Very fast and a very easy process. Thankfully no issues were discovered and I am perfectly healthy now.

My general practitioner referred me to Dr. Tarugu after I had some stomach problems. He said Dr. Tarugu is a great doctor. He was right, he’s a good doctor with good staff working there. He knew my problem pretty quickly after doing a few tests and put me on a diet that fixed the problem.

I have had some nasty hemorrhoids for the past few weeks. Nothing I tried on my own really got them to go away. Thankfully Dr. Tiragu was able to just laser them off for me. Insurance was very easy to use at his office and the whole process went by pretty quick.

Dr. Tarugu certainly knows his gastro stuff. I told him my symptoms, he did some tests, gave me a diet, and I feel better. You just have to follow the diet.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Tarugu. He never made me feel uncomfortable and listened to my concerns. Dr. Tarugu takes the time to help me figure out what might be going on, his diet plan is very effective to cure.

He put me on a great diet that wasn’t too complicated to follow for my IBS which pretty much stopped it in its tracks. He also listened to everything I said and his staff were all very nice and helpful. Definitely the best doctor office I have ever visited, period.

One of the best doctors I have dealt with for solving my rather complex gastro problems. Got a really solid diet from Dr. Tarugu that completely solves the problem when I actually follow the diet. Anyway, great doctor that takes the time to actually treat the cause and not the symptoms.

He really listened to my problems and even offered a few different solutions to the condition he diagnosed. I went with the comprehensive diet he recommended and it’s been great so far. A great service overall from him and his staff. I’d highly recommend him if you have any gastro problems.

A great gastro that was able to get rid of my hemorrhoids using the laser thing. Pretty easy process and not that expensive. Dr. Tarugu is great and really knows his stuff.

Didn't listen when I told them I needed special prep instructions, then got snippy when I told them I didn't complete the prep. Very unprofessional. I spent two days fasting and flushing for nothing. If you want a fancy dressed Dr. With a fancy car, this is your guy. If you need a doctor that listens, and works with their patients. Keep looking.

Great doctor. The colonoscopy was easy and noninvasive, didn’t take long, and thankfully came back negative. Everything was fine with insurance and the price for me was not bad at all. Very clean neat office, as I expected and glad I went here rather than to a different doctor.

He got all my gut problems cleared up with a solid diet he prescribed me. I am glad I got a referral here because he actually took time to listen to my problems and give me something that worked.

Never did get to see the doctor. I couldn't get past the rude young woman at the front desk. She told me straight away that I needed a refferal and didn't have one. I did have one! The visit was approved by my insurance 2 wks prior. My PCP had faxed it to them 4 times before my appointment! But she insisted I didn't and said they couldn't see me and handed me back my id and insurance card. Extremely disappointing!
