Dr. Villa is very nice. However her office staff excels in customer DISservice. Phone calls are either endless "hold" or simply dropped. Trying to transfer out to another practice is a totally frustrating experience.

I have been seeing Dr.villas PA for the last two years. The office unable to locate records, and disorganized. The PA told me I had a new diagnosis but very common, nothing further.
Has anyone else been having issues.

I decided to never trust another Dr for the remainder of my existence; but when needed I will drive the 19 hours to be seen by Dr. Villa. She has radiated a trust and I trust my gut.
