Villa Madeira, Madeira Beach FL

What a great place to stay.
Our unit was very clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Plenty of parking.
Lots of great restaurants in the area.
The pool was a bit small but with the ocean, who needs a pool!

404 Villa Madeira is amazing! Very clean and lots of new upgrades. The kitchen is very well done with Limestone tile and well crafted cabinets that I would put in my own home. The shower is large and tiled and looks great. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt very much at home in this unit and appreciate the commitment to a great experience for the guests that choose to stay here! I spent every morning and every late afternoon on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sound of the waves reading a book, sipping coffee, doing some work on my laptop, or just people watching as they passed by. You will NOT be disappointed with this choice!

Great location on the beach. Secure access in & out of the building. Each apartment has its own parking spot. Many of which are in a covered parking garage. Great breakfast & coffee across the street (Sweet Brunettes).

We stay here 3-4 times per year in the same condo. The view of the gulf is amazing. The pool area is very nice. The beach is unbelievable. Not to mention the incredible sunsets. You have to see it yourself to understand. You should definitely book your next vacation here!

Fantastic location, beachfront with no walk to the beach at all! Nice pool area with plenty of seating. There are nice tables near the beach for hanging out or a quick bite. Balconies are a nice size and can accommodate the whole family at once. Some parking is covered and some is not, but parking is assigned and has not been an issue. Beach is nice, wide and well maintained by the City of Madeira Beach and Pinellas County, kudos to those folks for sure. My only recommendation for improvement is simple and two short words, hot tub. Other than that we have been pleased with our stay thus far.

Ok, I never rate a beachfront hotel on how fancy or luxurious it is. My criteria is, is it clean, does the AC work, does the TV's work, and does it have a good Wi-Fi signal? Room 206 checked all the boxes. Ok, now the bonuses. Very convenient location, 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Parking spot was also right by the front entrance. Kitchen was equipped for most all your cooking needs. Bathrooms were fine and the hot water and pressure was good. If you forget beach ️ stuff, well check the Master closet for things left by previous renters. I will be leaving a couple of chairs and umbrellas. I looked at other units here and they were $30 more a night. I used the money I saved to rent 5 Wave Runners one morning. Anyway, another successful trip. Plan wisely my friends.

This place is located fabulously along Madeira Beach! Includes a wonderful beach-side Deck with lounging chairs, and my favorite, tiki huts to escape those hot afternoons. The pool is nice, and everything is footsteps from the beach and Gulf. You can walk to John's Pass and many other shops and restaurants. The balconies are all screened, and that makes it ever more relaxing to sit and listen to the waves.

Residents staying with vacationers does not work.perfect if your over 70 or like being told on. HOAs and vacations do NOT mix.
Mislead online about the room. Cant go ANYWHERE ON THE CAMPUS without a key that they dont give you enough of. DO NOT go there to party.ruined a trip that was a 10 hour drive.could not have been more disappointed.spend your hard earned money somewhere else.we will never darken their door again. Spent almost 3000 on an annoying situation. AVOID like the plague

My family has owned a condo here for 20 years. Every time we visit we have an amazing time.
While your here head across the street to Candy Kitchen for delicious homemade ice cream.

Perfect place! Right on the beach with magnificent ocean views! Pool warm and clean! Love it here!

I love this place. It was the first place we stayed when we were looking for places to move down here. The view is amazing and you can see everything! The pool is never crowded and never dirty, parking is also not an issue for this place.

Always such a joy visiting this beach! We have a friend that lives near by and we just park at her place and walk over. It's never too crowded and always clean. I would say we visit this beach the most out of any other beach nearby.

The description on the site was incorrect, there are only 2 rooms not 3. Room one had a king bed, room 2 had a queen and a twin bed however what they said a third room is not a room, it is the laundry with 1 twin bed. We were three couples and it was not adequate for us we had to rent another place to stay which ruined our family vacation.when I called to complain they advised that they can't do anything about it. The kitchen faucet sprayed out so we got soaked everytime we wash the dishes.the second room had very little air from the aircondition and everytime we change the temperature it gets very cold in the other rooms.there is a musty smell in the second room and all the beds were not comfortable at all to sleep on.

Nice beach. Good options for food and drinks between condo and Johns Pass. Unit #309 does need some TLC. Cleaning crew always present and friendly. Building and grounds lock up like Ft Knox, which is good and bad. Overall fun and relaxing vacation

Villa Madeira #206 is an absolute dump. Blood on bedsheets, mold in bathroom, broken toilet seat. There was dust and dirt on everything when we arrived, the carpet is musty smelling and very old, dirty, and feels greasy walking on it. The walls/ceilings are paper thin and we were kept up all hours from the noise of people simply walking on the floor. Resort Rentals was lousy to deal with and very unprofessional. I would never rent this unit again, stay in this building, or rent from Resort Rentals again.
