Thus place I'd awesome don't believe the bad reviews.angry evicted or did not make the cut to live here. Management is awesome. As soon as you walk in you smell how clean every is kept. Staff is cordial professional and kind.

The property manager and her staff have been so far the most organized small group of individuals I've ever met

This apartment complex has really gone downhill as you can see from old reviews to new reviews. The new manager Vanessa Erazo is terrible and has an awful attitude and is doing her best to get rid of a lot of old tenants.

Trash chutes and laundry rooms are always filthy; gym doesn't have any working equipment, sanitizer, or even paper towels to wipe down equipment, elevators hardly work and when they both work it doesn't last for even a month and yet the managers main focus is to tow cars. It's laughable at the point.

This place is poorly managed. They never mop the floors. I have visited over the last three months and the same stains are on the floor. The elevators are always broken. There is no security! Cars get broken into and management claims they are not responsible. There are only cameras on the first floor of the parking garage. This place and anywhere else under this company is a NO for me!

I have family members that lives in these apartments and when I visit them there’s always trash outside the building.
I also observed management being very rude and disrespectful to some of the tenants.

I live in phase 2 of village carver apartments the maintenance staff is effective but what makes this building work is our office staff where our manager and assistant manager two remarkable woman who are always willing to go out of their way to help with anything within the parameters of their job open door policy where we are free to express any concerns or just talk with them here in phase two it's that family atmosphere it's because our managers understand that this is more than just a job it's our lives that's what makes this and phase two so remarkable

The managers are very verrrryyyy disrespectful. Management does not repair this establishment. The elevators are always out of order/broken. People pets use the bathroom in the hallway because they cannot use the elevator. People in wheelchairs are stuck in their homes due to the broken elevator. Security is never on duty, honestly I have never seen them. Cars are constantly broken into and management is doing nothing about it. Visitors cars are constantly towed and they don't have an website to register guests' vehicles. I'm starting to think this is an inside job between management and the tow truck company. The fire rescue is on scene because someone is stuck in the elevator as I type this.

Don't do it! You will be setting yourself up for aggravation! They go into your place without notice. They don't wear masks or gloves when they enter your home! It's COVID out here. No matter how many times you contact management about issues, nothing changes. They make excuses for every complaint tenants have. Then have the audacity to go up on rent!

This place is so dirty, When I go to visit my friend. The floors are nasty on every floor. People are moving out so fast. The laundry rooms are filled with rusty machines. They’ve had feces in the washer machines and they didn’t change it. That’s germs and disease. The dirt on the floors are never cleaned. The management don’t care

My mom lives there and the assistant manager, the little short lady who has been there for a long time. Longer than she should be is very rude to my mom. She is disrespectful to anyone that ask her a question and I don’t know why they would keep someone like her around I think her name starts with a D.
