My daughter rented from this property management company and when she moved in the townhouse the carpet was dirty and there were holes still in the walls. My son in law had to paint the bedrooms because he didn't want to put his daughter in a dirty room and bring a new baby home to a dirty nursery. I don't think the property management company did anything but vacuum. Later they had plumbing problems and they never fixed them and then there were air conditioning problems on and on until the unit stopped. They waited for over three weeks and they never fixed it. They waited and never got an answer about the air conditioner. So the decided to move. There daughter has respiratory problems. She needs air conditioning and they just ignored them. So stay clear.

I can’t say enough great things about Vintage Real Estate. They are quick to reply and very friendly! I mainly dealt with Trisha and Becky and they are both super helpful and really caring! If we ever had an issue at our rental they were quick with fixing the issue.

I moved into a property managed my Vintage Real Estate 4 years ago. The tenant before us warned us (while we were touring the unit) that she has had issues with the AC leaking and showed us her bucket placement near the unit. We took that fact into consideration and decided to move in anyway- thinking it would surely get fixed. We’ve had NUMEROUS issues with the AC leaking into our laundry room for so long that eventually the roof needed to be fixed (this took nearly a year of arguing back and forth to get fixed). We’ve had several men over the 4 years tell us we need a new AC unit. We’ve stayed in several hotels over the years because it takes them so long to get us any answers every time the AC goes out (this is in 95 degree Florida weather by the way). We’re on our last straw now. Today is Tuesday and we’ve been out of AC since Saturday. They did finally send someone in today (same guy who has been to our house several times- poor guy tells us the same thing every time. Our AC unit is old and needs to be replaced). He said we need Freon. But the office closed at 5pm so here we are another night of no AC with 2 toddlers. Also Here’s the kicker… I’ve done some research because I’ve now gotten a lawyer involved. The company they are sending to our unit to fix the AC does not have a license to work on ACs! They only have a general contracting license. Wow! I do feel bad for the person wasting their money to send these people out to our house for the past four years however I do not feel bad for hiring the lawyer to finally get this all straightened out now. I’ve had to go to this extent due to my daughters respiratory issues. I refuse to keep living in these conditions and having to get hotels that no one reimburses us for. Oh and I logged in to print all ofour service issues for the past 4 years for my lawyer and they disappeared- go figure. Vintage Real Estate - do better! Also Jimmy Garcia NEVER answers his phone or returns calls. Trisha has been absolutely amazing and the sweetest woman to work with but she is out until next week and our house is 90 degrees and climbing. They have also added charges that we HAVE to pay even though we don’t use the stupid app. Concierge fee? No one is helping me do anything so this seems ridiculous and I don’t use the app so why is this a mandatory charge?

(UPDATE 11/17/22) We hired a lawyer who sent in a certified letter to Vintage Real Estate to dispute charges based upon FL Stat. 83.56, a Tenant has the right to vacate upon Landlord’s failure to remedy a Landlord non-compliance within seven (7) days of Tenant’s notice of such non-compliance.

We had full intentions to pay what we owed. Our lawyer asked for a breakdown of the charges and unfortunately Vintage ignored the letter completely and sent the bill to IQ Data to collect the debt. All of this goes to show how unprofessional Vintage truly is. They have not once tried to contact us our lawyer to settle this and get paid. We have been trying to work with them and they are just non compliant through all of it. I will now reach out to the better business bureau and keep fighting this battle.

Terrible communication, unreasonably expensive. Hated this property management team.
Update:

They seem more worried about the review than anything. I still had the experience I did even if the owner followed up after the fact. I was told the inspection notes would be sent to me and after finally needing them for my records MONTHS later, I had to ask for it again. It is what it is, to each their own! I just wouldn’t recommend but at this point I’m biased. Good luck! ‍️

Worst experience I have ever had. I have an emergency sewer backup it has been on going for a month. They schedule a service provider, no one shows, I miss work. This has been going on for a whole month. There homes are not maintained. This home I am in is ancient roof needs replaced. It is 7 am in the morning on a Saturday and they decide this is the proper time to replace a roof. I have a 5 year old, but I was stood up yesterday by the plumber when I don’t have a proper working toilet or shower in my home. They are now avoiding my phone calls having other people call me instead of my actual property managers. They need a negative star but the only way to post is to put a star.

Stay far away from this property management company! We used them for 2 years and they are by far the worst! We worked with Tracy Bucher initially and we would always have to follow up with her & she was never on top of anything. We pretty much had to do her job for her. After this we escalated to Dave Sigler (owner) and in my dealings with Dave I found him to be shady and rude! After moving over to a different property mgmt.company, we realized how bad Vintage is compared to the new company we went to. Save your time & money and go some where, where employees are adequately trained and the owner actually cares about your needs instead of profiting for himself and sneaking in fees!

Over all this was a good company to work with. There were some communication errors with staffing but everything always got resolved.

Amanda is extremely helpful and on top of her game. I have used Amanda and Vintage Real Estate Services for the past 4 years to rental my townhouse. Both times it has been rented within 4 weeks. I have also used them to purchase 3 homes. Great team you have over there Dave.

Wife and I were in a bit of a bind moving from Tucson to Tampa as a result of a quick company relocation. The housing market was explosive (still is) in May 21 so we decided to rent. Very fortunately, we found a townhome under the management of Vintage Teal Estate Services in Brandon. Even better than finding a rental home, we were very lucky to have Trisha Furlan as our property manager. She was fantastic. During the application stage, she was always readily available and supportive and understood our moving challenge. During our rental, the services offered to tenants by Vintage were pretty comprehensive. We had an issue with the garage door and called Trisha. Within 10 minutes of calling Trisha, a repairman had called and scheduled the repair for the next day. Job done. I highly recommend Vintage Real Estate Services and even more so highly suggest asking for Trisha Furlan if at all possible. She made our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and secure!

I have been renting through Vintage Real Estate for years now and it has been a pleasure! My assigned property manager is easy to work with and responsive. Anytime I needed a repair they were quick and made sure everything was completed timely and I was satisfied. They have made renting enjoyable!
