Lost a loyal customer of two years. Walked in and wasn’t greeted or helped by anyone. I was sitting down for 20-30 minutes while each and every last employee looked at me and walked past. Not a SINGLE person asked what service could be provided, let alone how long my wait would be. I eventually ended up leaving. I am very understanding of how busy it gets, and always tip well regardless. This is not how a loyal customer or anyone should be treated. I will not be returning, and that is a promise!

This place is 5 stars ️ totally recommended! My nails were done by Violet the owner and my daughter’s by Ben. Both gave us great quality work, very professional. Their work is perfection and classy just like the pics they post on IG Go check them out for your next mani, pedi, wax or any of their services. We loved our nails and pedi I also got my brows waxed and she listened to everything I wanted. Oh, they also guarantee their work and they are very friendly not like a lot of the places I used to go to, they rushed me and I was never really happy with the outcome. Violets Nails is the Best?

Im so obsessed with my nails they are so beautiful! I got them done for my date function but also wanted to wear for gamedays and these are perf! They guy I talked to was so funny and nice sadly I forgot his name. I came for my recruitment nails as well and I was also super satisfied!

Great experience here at Violet Nail Salon. As a new student in Tallahassee, I was worried about finding a reliable nail salon. However, VNS is my new favorite place! I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they delivered. They did my mani and pedi at the same time so I was out in an hour. Violet, the owner, came over and also helped with my nails to make sure they were just right. She did a great job of explaining exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back!

This was the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! Nick did my pedicure and it was so amazing! David and Violet worked on my nails and I loved the results! They stayed overtime to finish me and a few other clients, and did not complain at all. Thank you to all of the staff for being so great, I will definitely be making this salon my one and only!

I love coming here because the staff is so sweet and actually care about the services they provide. I appreciate that they stay open way past closing to accommodate customers. My favorite place to go when in Tally!

I had an amazing time at violets nail salon today. I came in for a pedicure and full set of acrylic and left very much satisfied with the work and the friendliness of the staff.

This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Ben did my nails and he did such a wonderful job. I definitely recommend to get your nails done here. Very happy!

I loved my nails, I just wish the quality was better. Especially for the price. They charged me $110-$120 for this set and they were very fragile. I literally scratched my thigh and a nail broke. I was getting dressed and another nail broke from me putting on a sports bra. I understand nails break from time to time but not from small things like getting dressed or scratching an itch. And these incidents happened while the set was fresh (less than a week). Other than that, the staff always takes care of me and is nice. My tech always fixed my broken nails but I just can’t afford to pay this much for a set that isn’t durable while living an hour away and having to drive every time they break.

My daughter found Violet nails a few weeks ago and I was in love with her nails! Today my sister and I went and both received an amazing pedicure and full set. David did mine and Tracey did my sisters. David was so friendly and service was top notch! It took some time for me to find a good place and I have found my new salon for all our needs. Violet even gave us cuticle oil as a gift because she noticed how dry my cuticles were due to my line of work. I highly recommend Violet nail and David. They even guarantee their work for 2 weeks, if anything pulls up or design jewel fall off they replace for no charge. Check them out you will not be disappointed!
