We are truly grateful for the VIP team for their attention and dedication on our roof claim. We are first-time homeowners and prior to working with Lance and his team we were barely knowledgeable of the process of filing claims or even just working with insurance companies and how they operate. They were attentive at all hours of the day and took the time to explain the process as many times as needed so that we fully understood our situation and could make well-informed decisions. The whole process ended up playing out exactly as they said it would and the outcome was certainly in our favor.

Not only were they here for us throughout our roof claim, but Lance has also taken his time to give us his honest advise on other problems throughout our house as well.

VIP Adjusting is fantastic! From my first conversation with Cristian, I knew we were in great hands with trusted professionals who really would have our best interest in mind. With our primary home in Oklahoma, when the hurricane destroyed our property in Ft Myers Beach, we did not know where to turn for help with our insurance company. VIP knew exactly what to do! They coordinated with our insurance company storm trooper adjuster, communicated directly with the insurance company on our behalf, and handled all the correspondence.
