If your planning to get a vehicle from them take it to a shop and ensure you get a full inspection of the vehicle and have every electrical and engine management system inspected before you buy. Not going to post photos just ensure the vehicle you get is mechanical and up to specs before you buy.as they are as is and etc.

Cars not that reliable purchased a vehicle from them been having issues with car since day one they claimed to have fixed the gas issue that has occurred again including the engine light on the company is not willing to fix giving customers misleading information to customers BE AWARE THEY'RE NOT AWARE ABOUT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE THAT SITS ON THEIR CAR LOT THEY JUST SALE

I have spent the past year looking for a new to me vehicle! We originally had our eye on the white Hummer H3, we called and spoke with Don’ta about it and I relayed the information to my husband who in turn stopped by on his way home and test drove it for me, then we decided we would go into Tallahassee the very next day to fill out the paperwork and hopefully drive home with it… that didn’t happen! We got there and Don’ta informed us that the H3 had sold earlier that day and he offered to help us find something else.

I am so thankful that the H3 went to someone else, because Don’ta helped me get my Jeep Wrangler! He went above and beyond to help us with financing and everything! I will definitely recommend VIP to anyone who needs a vehicle

These guys are all awesome, and I mean ALL of them.from the guy that greeted us and asked if we wanted wanted water bc it's sooo ridiculously hot. To the young man who patiently walked with me from car to car with all the information I needed right there in his hands, he wasn't running back and forth asking others. Then when I finally made my decision, I met Dante who went above and beyond for me making it work for me. It wasn't like working with other dealerships where they run your credit through so many that you lose points. He made a deal customized to my needs and what we both could live with, without jumping hoops like most places expect. I'm telling you, these guys will make sure your needs and wants are met! Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well! You won't find a better place, or better people than the ones at VIP!

Me and my wife were watching dealerships looking for a "toy car" and found a fiat 500 at vip, we drove in late around 5: 30 and inspected the car, we were approached by a well dressed man who was more than willing to help us inspect the car and informed us about its details.

Later the general manager Dan'ta approached us and assisted in our decision making by informing us of everything we asked about.

Dan'ta was more than willing to stay late and help us prepare everything, he informed us of all our options for buying the car wether cash or financing, which deals were best and even which insurance companies to avoid which made buying the car a much more comforting experience.

Never once did we feel pressured or intimidated into buying the car, we feel that the choice was left completely up to us with no pressure applied.

The lot, despite being fairly small, offers a wide variety of used vehicles amongst many different makes and models.

The interior of the building is clean and well kept and very air conditioned.

All the staff seemed friendly, approachable and fairly knowledgeable

We have one complaint that when asking about the history of the car such as previous accidents or mishandling they weren't able to provide any details, I recommend using Carfax as after using them we were able to read the deep history of the car which ultimately lead to our purchase of the vehicle.

We will definitely be looking forward to purchasing our next vehicle from this dealer as they provided top of the line hospitality and comfort. They exceeded our expectations and outperformed the competition

They can do registration and plates however there is a wait for the physical metal license plate, a temporary paper tag is printed onsite however to allow for the immediate drive home with the new car.

The place and people were nice. He was very helpful. The paperwork went as quick as possible and he helped us find the best solution for my brothers first car. He even gave me water and had pretty eyes.

This place is great! I had a great experience with Dante who guided me through the whole process. He even helped out if any issues came up with the car after the purchase. The only reason I’m not able to give a 5 star rating is that I once got extremely rude service when I called their offices regarding some trouble I was having. Apart from that I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I bought a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 single cab from Dan'ta and I live in Alabama and he lives in Tallahassee FL and he brought me my truck and it is in great shape. I want to buy more from him and I will recommend others to buy from him. He is a great guy, down to earth and easy to talk to. He is professional and honest.
