Recently visited this dealership to purchase a car and I was very satisfied. The employees were very kind and mature. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

This dealership sold me an xlt base model ford f 150 and listed it as a lariat ford with all the bells and whistles to my lender to rip me off thousands of dollars which is illegal by federal law (powerbooking). The lender has them buying back the truck but they still refuse me my down payment refund. This dealer practices in very shady illegal methods. Please save yourself months worth of problems and stay far away from this dealer. I won't give up until i receive my refund. It's unfair this dealer rips me off keeps my truck and refuses me my money back.

P. S Won't stop until I get justice.

Weeks Later After You Added Mileage To The Car Asking For The Car Back. & To Give Your Money Back But Soon As You Bring The Car Back He Keeps Half Or All Your Money For Adding Mileage To The Car On Top Of Him Taking It. He Just Tricked To This Morning Took The Car & My Money. Had The Cops Waiting For Me. It's All Fraud. The Car Had 98k Miles Speakers Blew Out & They Wouldn't Fix It. The Brakes Was Rusted Out. Took My Money & The Car. Than Offer To Give Us 100 Dollars For The Car Keys. If This Not All A Game I Don't Know What Is

Nice cars, really nice staff (especially Kev, my salesman), no pressure, honest and I did buy a car because he made an extra effort and called another location to see if they had anything in my price range. They did! Highly recommend.

May 5th I was told (by text) by Kendall / Ken that my money would put back on my card within 7 days. 7 days passed, nothing.
I called him and I was told I still didnt get my money refunded. He said 4 times he refunded it when in fact he didnt refund it and its now been 30 days. I was told that I have to drive to them to get my money back. I have no transportation, its 60 miles away, and in the middle of a pandemic. They didnt need me there to steal my money. I asked them to mail a check and still said no!
Attorney Generals office, BBB, and anyone who will help get my money back. This is what they want ppl to do. Fight for a refund when everything is in writing stating Id get it back. No agreement that I would have to pay over 100 dollars to come get it.
This place is very unprofessional and I suggest taking business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes e350 diesel in September 2019.
I noticed the check engine light on and asked for a warranty on the car before purchase. They reassured me that if the car was not drivable which was my biggest concern they would definitely work with me. Reluctantly I signed the no warrantY contract. Sure enough they sold me the car with the check engine light on. I took the car to Mercedes maitland and they said that my purchase was going to be a money hole because the knox sensor was bad. 3800 to fix which I couldn't afford. On top of that there is a massive oil leak in the car on upper oil pan and lower. (20hr job) 6500 to fix for a total of 10,300 in repairs and the car was sold to me at 17500. I went back to the vip auto and of course they gave me the run around and never contacted me for help. I trusted this these guys and they screwed me. I have lost my job because I couldn't get to work and the car is still sitting in the drive way. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME.
