Excellent service. Always takes great care of our pup. They offer group playtime or individual time depending on your pets situation. Our dog does not play well with others and they actually understand that and take care of her so well. We trust this place with her every time we are out of town. 10/10

We love to travel and always worry about where our furbaby is going to be safe. We boarded our baby boy with VIP and cannot express how happy we are with the treatment to our dog, professional service and sincere love shown to him. The staff were kind, animal lovers that sent messages with pics, posted live videos to jeep us worry and our boy, Benji had a great time making friends. They also gave me a doggie report card when we picked him up to tell me all about his stay. Any time we are back in this area, we will not hesitate to use VIP pet resort. Thank you to everyone there.

This place was pretty nice. We were in town for a weekend and we left out dog here. The staff seemed to be friendly and responsible. We were able to see videos of our dog in Facebook and we received feedback of our dog’s stay when we picked her up. The reason we liked the place so much is because they had the big dogs separate from the little dogs. Highly recommend this place if you need a little vacation for your furry friend.

We have a 14+ year old senior guy with health issues but he didn't hesitate at all to return to daycare here. Very nice place and people!

Great place to board you pup! They are pretty expensive however, they really do spoil your dog and it is worth the money!

Been sending our girls since 2006. I never worry and the staff spoils our babies. I will drive out of my way so our dog can stay here.

Was surprised when I got stuck in traffic and was 3 minutes late, lady was unbelievably rude to me. Every other day that week I was on time. Yes, I shouldn't have been late, however I've never been talked down to like that before. Also my dog almost refused to go in again after the incident, not sure if they did something to her or what.

Love this place! My puppy has been a few times and he absolutely loves it, comes home all tuckered out! Staff is very friendly. & the FB live updates are great!

I've boarded my dog here twice now and they have been amazing both times and I feel like I have left them in good hands. They post daily live videos on Facebook and send photos so you can see what they're up to and how they're doing. They have group playtime during the day and my dog has come home exhausted both times from playing so much!

This was a fantastic stay for Chey! The team here is so professional, sweet, and accommodating. I have never boarded my little Rat Terrier before, and now I set the bar high. Will always take her here when I travel to Orlando.

Our dog loved being there. She looked so happy in the videos they posted of all the dogs playing. She smelled amazing after her bath, too! We will definitely bring her next time we are in town.

We love this place! They care for our doggies like they are their own. And every time we call to re-book they sound so excited to see them again. It truly feels like home for us and for our dogs.

I'm glad I found this place. We drove from the panhandle and decided to bring her and leave her at VIP so she had less nights away from us. The people were so nice and we got a picture in text and saw her in a video. We will definitely make this the plan next time we come down. They sounded so sad we were coming to take her home.

First time boarding our Pup and it was a great experience for us and her. The team at VI Pets were fantastic and our Pup had a great time!

We were in town and needed the day camp. We picked up our dog and for days there was diarrhea. I don’t know what happened but my dog was not sick prior to being dropped off. That really scared us so we will no longer be using that day camp.

Our pup loved his day of play. He came home content, exhausted, and slept the rest of the night. I was happy to see him find his pack. We'll be back

I found V. I. Pet Resort online, while looking for a place to board my fur babies while I visited Disney with my family. I had a terrible experience at home and was very nervous to leave Cohen and Callie at a boarding facility. Well V. I. Pet Resort went above and beyond! They were AMAZING from the time I called to book their stay, to dropping them off and picking them up! I got text from my pups, picture updates, and I was able to call
And check in and get a report on how they were doing. Thank you so much to the staff for providing such an amazing experience for both me and my babies! I also LOVED the report card they sent home with them! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

They always take such good care of our 4 legged children. They get lots of play time and attention. And we love seeing them on Facebook feeds to know they're doing okay without us when away. Thank you V. I. Pet!

I love this place! Everybody that works here is so kind and very clearly loves every animal in their care. Before finding this place, I would just board my cats at vets if I really couldn’t get anybody to watch them. It’s just fine, I know they will do well wherever they end up because they’re angels, but here I know they’re not just doing okay - they’re having a blast! It really makes the whole process less stressful on me knowing they are getting the attention they want (and they want a lot). I will board them here when I need to for as long as I live.
