Where is my shirt I paid for on 11/16/23, I have not heard a word from this company. Took my money but I have nothing to show for it. Will not recommend ordering from them

I ordered what I wanted, they sent me what THEY WANTED. WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, WON'T RETURN MY CALL AFTER 3 VOICE MAILS, WON'T REPLY TO EMAIL AND THE "ONLNE CHAT" DOESN'T WORK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. IF NOT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The image quality of the items I purchased is unacceptable. The ink saturation is low quality so the image is dull and looks faded. I will never wear the shirts and wish to return them.

Paid $40 for a short-sleeved t-shirt…the quality is horrible (fabric feels like sandpaper!) and the print is almost transparent. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

We ordered 4 items as part of a celebration from Texas State University, Two of the items received were labeled the size we ordered. However, they were not standard sizes. One was a woman's XXL. That shirt compared to a normal woman's Small. The other items was a man's XL hoodie sweatshirt. That shirt compared to a mans large hoodie sweatshirt. I contacted customer service. They are slow to respond. In writing, they state they will assist, however, after several weeks, multiple emails, providing UPS tracking, they have yet to completely resolve this issue. One shirt was taken care of. The other one has not been resolved. I would never order from this company again. The initial problem of missized merchandise is all on them. Had the shirts not been missized, no problem would have existed. I

Huge delivery time (almost 2 months later than announced), customs fees not notified when ordering and atrocious printing quality. I REALLY don't recommend.

The shirt I ordered came with additional printing on the back, which A: wasn’t ordered, and B: has nothing to do with the topic on the front. After sending pictures of the issue, was told that what was sent, matches the order, and there is nothing more they can do. I asked for a refund and have received no other response. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Terrible! Ordered a tshirt and 2 months later have not received it. Tracking delivery showed it was delivered to a completely different country. Viralstyle not at all interested. I have contacted them multiple times. Looks like I have lost $$$ but let's hope this review helps someone else.

Ordered a shirt. The color listed on my order was "heliconia" which is a red flower and the image on their site appeared red. When my shirt arrived in bright pink, they let me know there was nothing they could do as it was a custom shirt.

I get that custom shirts create issues but colors should be more clearly described and shown, especially because when I went back to review the shirt I bought, there is no pink option so I don't know how I ended up with a pink shirt.

Worst service ever! I've ordered a shirt from here a month ago and still have never received it. Their products are overpriced and their customer service almost never responds. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ordered two items. Received an email that both items shipped & only one item arrived. A month later I'm still dealing with customer support who assures me the second shirt is being delivered separately. I received a new email with the same tracking number 4 weeks later that says my whole order shipped & the tracking number shows as delivered, and it isn't. Would not recommend and will not order from them again.

Ordered shirt, they sent tracking information it's been in transit 2 weeks, when I checked with USPS they say no tracking number exist, now when I ask where order is they replied once it leaves them it's not there responsibility, just want my shirt or a refund, I don't recommend this company, No Customer Service

I ordered 2 shirts. I received only 1 of them. The site says my order is complete. When I emailed them they said the other shirt would be shipped and I world receive tracking info. I'm still waiting for that. They have NO sense of urgency to get it to me. Now they won't respond to my emails. I'm thinking that I won't ever receive my 2nd shirt. Time to get and recoup my money. I'm so disappointed as I could've order the shirt from a number of other vendors. The chance you take when ordering online. But so unprofessional of them to charge me and not deliver my total order.
So for now I will give a 1 star rating.
Please contact me in regards to this matter. Once I am satisfied, I will adjust the rating I have given Viralstyle.

Update:
After almost 4 weeks, I received the other shirt in my order. Changing rating to 3 stars because all they had to do was communicate the delay. Still no reason as to why.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2-shirts, update received that items had been shipped. UPS tracking shows otherwise. Emailed, phoned and messaged ViralStyle via Facebook no response. Never again.

The delivery was late and customer service to get details was almost non existent. The t-shirts were not as advertised and quality was awful.
