I would a 100% recommend. My little baby had a bad cough and they were very patient and understanding and treated my dog the best they could. I personally recommend Laidy the technician who works with Doctor P. I was nervous at first as to how she was going to be able to handle my dog (he is a 64ib puppy) he seemed half of her weight but she was very good with him! Overall 10/10 great staff and great service!

This veterinary clinic is fabulous.
We were visiting from out of town and my dog got sick. I called on a Monday morning and they had n opening that afternoon. And just like that the Dr fixed him. All he needed was a medication.
I absolutely loved this clinic. I hope to be back next year to get my dogs yearly vaccinations done here.
It’s not expensive and the staff is exceptional.

Amazing veterinary practice, they have been very helpful with my big puppo, besides the usual check up stuff they removed a tumer and have given her all the best safest meds for a long healthy life.

We went to have to euthanize our 13 year old dog.they were very kind and considerate during the difficult time of losing a furry family member.

If 0 stars was an option I would definitely choose it. This is by far the worst experience with viscaya Prado main hospital. Got an appointment for a simple nail cut, and was left in the room to Over an hour, had to go outside and talk to the receptionist 3 times to tell them I think someone forgot about us. Then the receptionist forgets to tell anybody so I had to do it all over again. Then finally she comes in to do the nail cut, asks me to hold my dog because short staff.no big deal, then cuts them all at different lengths, grinded the front feet only, let me tell you I will never ever be back here again this is the 2nd time and the first wasn't any better. Don't even know how this place is still in business.

This has been our go to vet for many years. Their prices have risen in the past.along with many others. We struggled getting medical records.also, leaving messages for the doctor has been a let down.no return calls. Communication is key in a place like this.

Our dog was prescribed antibiotics, which made her sick, so we called to leave a message, and the doctor never calls. Therefore, our dog is still without antibiotics. Not a good situation. I would give more stars had it not been for this.

Not real impressed with the care of my dogs. Very expensive clinic in comparison with others in the area. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend clinic based off of current and past visits.

It's a Very Beautiful Office, Everyone "The Staff' were very nice and helpful I felt comfortable being there for the first time and I was impressed that the Dr.himself called me to let me know that my male raccoon Jasper did well in his surgery and I could pick him up an hour earlier than was expected. I highly recommend Viscaya Prado Veterinarian Clinic and Hospital. Thank you again!

It's something I can't understand. There is a lot of advertising for a veterinary clinic and in 4 years when I have had an emergency with some of my dogs it turns out that there are no veterinarians there and when there are it is by appointment. It's an emergency, how am I going to make an appointment? What a disappointment sometimes in these places.and how expensive they charge

This is a very high-quality full service Vet. They have one of the only doctors that treats rabbits in all of this area. Very pleased.

Everybody was so nice and kind and the doctors were wonderful. It's very clean. And I would suggest anybody to go there prices are very reasonable.

We took our dog in on Friday July 28th, we had an evening appointment at 530. We didn't see a vet until about 645. She seemed tired and like she didn't really want to be there. I feel like we left with more questions than answers. Some of our questions we not addressed and we are still having issues with our dog, but I will go to a different vet before I ever go back here. I get that sometimes it is long days and it can be too much, but my mind was not put at ease and I was just frustrated when I left.

The staff are amazing people. I'm so grateful the Humane Society recommended them to us! Our sweet little kitty became our rescue when we found her with a broken leg, and Viscaya-Prado is the right place for her and our other fur kids. Thank you all so much for such fantastic service, we can't ever thank you and the humane society enough!

Caring and knowledgeable veterinarians who charge a fair price. Our family has taken our animals here for almost 20 years.

Bring both my cats and my boxer here. Friendly staff. Bills are clear. Vets are nice. What more can someone ask for?

They were quick and efficient for a 1am emergency! He's doing so much better thanks to the mess and quick service.

I took my pet jelly to this Hospital in hopes of saving him from the disease that he had though I was unable to, the people there were amazing and very helpful throughout the entire time. I'm thankful that they tried their best to help help. I miss you jelly.

We had to get our bearded dragon put down today, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during the process.
