Visconti, Maitland FL

We just purchased a condo here for my mom over the summer, as she’s relocated down from Boston, MA. The office administrator Natasha has made us feel welcomed and informed throughout the transition. I can always count on great communication, clear requests, and overall kindness that makes me confident in this community.

The amenities are great and the pools are perfect for adults and children alike. It’s a secure, gated community with present onsite staff who are friendly and clearly care for the property.

It's pretty but the constant everyday lawn care is soo annoying. The lawn company sprays your car with debri every chance they get, I'd rather two or three days of silence than the sound of mowers, blowers, hedgers, and weed eaters. The altered cars driving at 7am wake you all the time and when you complain the office wants an email and you to go out find the person making the ruckus and the car to send a picture! As if you're James Bond on a mission get real so nothing is done and you're left to live this way until you find or buy something better. Honest review

Nice place. Pool looks very nice. Every time I come visit my mom the pool is closed. Maybe next trip it will be open.

We was just riding through looking. Very nice area plus surrounded around restaurants and Publix is down the street.

Great location and the pool is nice. The buildings themselves are aging, there are no sidewalks and the parking is very limited and small.

Neighbors however made this place unlivable. They will park in the street, block your parking space, play loud music, have loud phone conversations right outside your window, throw trash in the streets, break all kinds of HOA rules, etc. Everyone is so close to each other that you would think people would try and be a little more respectful of their neighbors. Nope. We complained to the property management company on multiple occasions when it got particularly bad. Nothing was ever done. We moved out after 2 years because we just couldn't take it anymore!

With so many newer options available surrounding this aging complex, it is way over priced and small for a name that used to be considered somwwhat luxury condos, as soon as they realize that is not the case anymore maybe it will be more affordable and be a nice fit.

Visconti has Towed my vehicle 2 times in the last 24hrs costing $130 each Tow. They have a No Notice Towing Policy that's is in everyone's lease agreement. My Tag was out of Date by less than 90 days. (During Covid-19). I've lived here for 2 years and this once awesome community has gone down hill. Cars are getting broken into more often.
It's ashame but I just put in my move-out notice because I'm scared my car is going to get towed, stolen or broken into. Then be turned away rudely by the people that Run Visconti.

The property manager and the HOA will take advantage of you, since you are on their private property.

This is not a place to call Home sweet Home. You might be safer at a rest stop

Very nice grounds, gated community, amenities and reasonable rent that compensates for rather remote location compared to downtown Maitland and residential Winter Park alternatives. I was ready to rent when plans changed postponing my move. Otherwise they had the sale. Best overall package, and what appears (from non-resident meetings only) to be a very pleasant and congenial staff.
