Horrible service, do not recommend.
They made an appointment to come out to measure the shower. On the day they were scheduled to come out, I called them in the morning to see if they can come earlier. Instead they told me they can't make it out that day and would need to reschedule for the next day between 1-3 pm. Okay, inconvenient, but I am flexible. The next day, 3: 30 pm, no one has showed up or called, so I call them. They then tell me it's now going be closer to 5 pm.
It's currently 6: 45 pm, nobody has shown up, no calls, and the office is closed. Safe to say they won't be coming at all. Extremely unprofessional and an absolute WASTE OF TIME!
I had a frame that the mirror broke. Small job but huge sentimental value. I took it to Vision Glass Company and they were so professional. My car was in the shop and due to my work hours was unable to pick it up. Not only did they replace the mirror, they delivered it to my home and hung it in the wall. I felt like their most important client. Highly recommend!
