Fixed and adjusted my glasses due to a broken spring. Very helpful and quick service. Also helpful with making an appointment.

The actual eye Dr's are amazing! They are super knowledgeable and professional. It's the office staff/glasses depart that are lacking. Everytime I called, no one picks up. Their answering message needs updating. It's been 2.5 weeks since my eye exam and no one called me notifying me that my glasses are ready. It took me to keep calling and finally I got through only to be told my glasses just got there.yea right. They need improvement on customer service and responsibility.

This is the practice where my mom goes. She really loves her doctor and the woman who manages the eyeglasses is amazing!

I bought a pair of cheap glasses and expensive lenses a year ago. I knew the frames weren’t guaranteed. The frames fell apart 11 months after I got them. The lady in the optical department (optician?) replaced the frames even though there was no guarantee. That is good service.

The last time I was there l I decided I would never come back! The girl that was measuring you for glasses was very unfriendly.she did not smile greet you, or seemed to dislike her her job, and wished.she was any where else. I went back in Nov 2022 just because it was 4 miles from my house. What a blessing, new girl, She went out of her way to help in every step, it was so different. I worked all my life in the medical.field,

it doesn't take any more time to smile and be kind. All the ladies that were waiting all said how rude they were treated the last time they were there and how much Julia was so kind.

Incredible experience at Vision One! My father slept on his glasses and bent the arm beyond repair.or so I thought. I took them in immediately without an appointment and they were fixed better than before they were even damaged within a matter of minutes. So much thanks for the quick and remarkable service!

I would love to thank Amy. She went over and above when my favorite, discontinue glasses broke she found the replacement. I couldn't believe she spent the time and effort to find them. The optometrist was very helpful with my computer eye issue. I thank you for all your hard make me and my eyes feel better. Lana.

Vision One is 5 star all the way from the doctor straight down to Amy who fits you for your frames or your contacts. When I stepped in the office today it was something that I was dreading. The pair of frames that I had gotten was peeling through no fault of vision ones. Amy was kind enough to offer me a brand new pair of frames because the warranty was up on mine, At no cost I might add, she fitted me perfect she is amazing she will help you through-and-through. Right down to helping you decide what looks good on your face type she's very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time here at vision one.

I was there for my yearly eye exam. Everyone was great. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out.
While in the optical department choosing the glass frame that I wanted, the lady that worked with me was awesome. I enjoyed my entire experience at the office today.

At the glasses side of the practice for the third time to have nose piece replaced. Again they don't have it (last time they stole the piece off another pair on the rack-it's still missing the piece) Beside a faulty noise piece, the glasses finish is peeling. The girl was helpful but if the last lady did what she said and order spares, I wouldn't be walking around with a bandaid on my glasses to keep them from poking my nose until they get more.

Doctors were great but ive call 3 different times to ask if my glasses are ready and ive been hung up on after waiting 5 min each time

The eye glasses store workers are incompetents, not reliable, they miss the deadline, and if you want to cancel they will charge you 20%, DO NOT use this place, if I could give a Zero (0) star I will

Excellent staff, put at ease, by all. Special people, esp. Petra RN. Also Valerie and the eye doctor who checked my eyes prior and after surgery. The doctor who did the surgery introduced him self prior to going into operating room. I was given an medication and woke up after surgery done. I followed all the instructions carefully, and had great success. I was thankful to drive at night without glare. I also watched how they were careful to clean the chairs and beds after each patient in pre op. This was very important to me as I am a retired RN. Vision One was only 6 miles from my home.

Optical Department is difficult to contact because their hours vary by the day of the week. No direct contact phone number and no way to leave a message. Not recommended.
