Dr Marcin is a great optometrist and very nice man, everyone there is super friendly and professional and your privacy is everything to them.

I have issues every time I go for an exam. Mostly rude service. I made an appointment for today at 4pm. When I walk in she tells me I don't have an appointment. That they don't take 4pm appointments on Saturdays. I then talk to two other employees who did find that I in fact made an appointment. They even found my phone call making the appointment. I'll never be back.

Just had my regular eye exam here; I decided to come back to VisionMaxx years after my last visit (that insurance discontinued). And I am so beyond pleased I did! They went above and beyond my expectations: The storefront is still clean and well-organized as always. The staff was so polite, friendly, helpful, and even looked out for my best interests in which tests to opt into. All went so smoothly and easy, up-to-date equipment, highly knowledgable DR. And my favorite part of the visit was chatting with the cashier! He was so funny and personable. Although I did not have my contacts in at that point, he reminded me of a good-natured John Hammond from Jurassic Park! Which made my inner child so happy. Final thoughts? Definitely VISIT HERE!:) Do not trust Walmart for this level of excellent affordable care. Do yourself a huge favor by scheduling with Dr. Johnson or Dr. Marcin. (You’ll actually save a few bucks more on contacts here, than ordering at 1-800-Contacts, or even Walmart!)

Dr. Marcin, Bruce and Trey were excellent. Suggestion: Ask if them to let you know that they will dilate your eyes.

Dr. Marcin’s staff was friendly and professional; however, when I asked the doctor to please include my pupillary distance on my glasses Rx, he became somewhat rude and I actually had to ask him twice. I later found out that with my PD MEASUREMENT I could purchase eyeglasses elsewhere (and online), and apparently I shouldn’t have asked because optometrists like Marcin want you to purchase from them alone. As it turns out, Dr. Marcin gave me an incorrect PD (through error or on purpose), and it cost me a couple hundred in incorrect glasses AND I had to see another optometrist to get my CORRECT eyeglasses prescription. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO VISION MAXX.

The quality of my glasses that I got today was, Not up to the stander that I got my last pair form walmart this pair same day got scratched and major glare. I ordered the scratch resistant and anti-glare and I didn't get either on this new pair.these feel cheap

Dr Johnson is awesome, I’ve been seeing her for a few years. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and thorough, she answers all questions completely. Never makes you feel like she is rushed. Great care all around.

Persons with disabilities that limits you from wearing a mask are not allowed to shop here. I came here to buy my glasses like I do twice a year. Employee James informed me that being medically exempt according to CDC guidelines does not apply here.

We see Dr. Johnson there. She is amazing. She is really good with kids as I just took my son there and she helped him feel comfortable. His anxiety went away and he had a good exam.

The staff including James and the office manager Karol are the best and kindest. I have been going there for several years now and will go nowhere else. Give them a try. I did a long time ago and we will be back again.

My son's glasses broke on one of the arms. The break was in the arm material so it would have to be replaced instead of repaired. We had to temporarily glue it together so he could attend school that day before we went to Vision Maxx for replacement. Once we got to Vision Maxx we were told because we made the emergency repair that it was not covered under warranty. If we just brought it in broken, it would have been covered.

UPDATE: I expressed my concern with the warranty policy with the store management and they were able to make it right. Very happy how this was resolved and would recommend VisionMaxx for your eyecare needs.

Dr. Marcin and the VisionMaxx staff are terrific! I've been a patient of Dr. Marcin's for several years now. I once injured my eye a just few minutes before the close of business. I rushed over without contacting the office, and when I arrived Dr. Marcin had already left for the day. The staff reached out to him, and he came back to the office to take care of me. That level of care was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I would recommend him, and VisionMaxx to anyone with eye care needs.
