Visions at Willow Pond, West Palm Beach FL

We have been extremely happy with Visions at Willow Pond and highly recommend the community. The office staff is amazing! Stephanie helped us when we first moved in and has continued through our residency. She is attentive and always responds when we have questions or requests. Her customer service (along with Katie and Kevin’s) is top notch. Our experience with the maintenance staff has been great also - we have put in requests through the front office and through the resident portal and have received near close to immediate responses for our requests.

So I just moved from here after 3 years and it was bittersweet. Only reason we left was because we were able to get a house. Otherwise we'd still be there. This place felt like home. From the property management team to the neighbors turned friends everyone was a warm welcome. I've had my issues here over the years but nothing that didn't get handled. Great place for dogs too.
So to Steph and Katie thank you both for everything. This place was great thanks for the memories!

Poor upkeep, poor management, & poor communication. Property has gone down over the last year or so. I have had several issues in the apartment and the property manager could care less. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Common sense isn’t so common here. The stress isn’t worth living here either.

Needed a place to stay while we were negotiating/renovating our home purchase nearby. Katie and Kevin were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy for us. No issues at all. Beautiful community. Would recommend! Thanks again!

Sucks living here. Trash barely gets picked up maybe once every few weeks? The gate doesn’t have an actual code access so you have to call to get the gate opened and delivery drivers have a hard time with this and thus deliveries are useless 99% of the time. Why have a gate with no working code to actually get in?

Love my new apartment and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Kevin helped me through the entire process making it one of my best moves I ever had. They really make you feel conformable and right at home. Feel in love with m new apartment as soon as I walked in, place is very peaceful and is going to be a great place to raise my daughter. Love it love it love it love it love it

I moved in 2 weeks ago and I must say, the front office staff, the manager and the maintenance staff all made me feel extremely welcomed. Kevin answered all my questions about moving in, provide me with a detailed listing of the requirements. The manager resolved an issue that could’ve had a negative impact on my experience BUT it was addressed and resolved, timely and professionally. Overall, I am impressed and pleased with my entire experience!

Ive lived here for 2+ years and I love it and my sister stayed here for years too before getting her house, the grounds are kept beautifully, there’s a walking trail right in front of the complex with a beautiful lake and the apartments are nice and cozy, the staff are so nice and accommodating and the maintenance men are very nice and helpful, 100000/10 stars would reccommend

I have lived at Visions for almost a year and a half now and I am so grateful to have found this place! My apartment is beautiful and the neighbors are so, so friendly! Brought me over a carrot cake for Christmas friendly!

I moved down to Florida from New York in January of 2021 and previously lived in a complex by the Outlets. There, I never felt secure. As a female living alone, this place is gated, quiet, and the maintenance staff is responsive, friendly and helpful (management team in general is superb!).

The gym, pool and tennis court on premise are pristine! Even the mailman Frank is an angel!

Loved here a year, no complaints, really. I’ve had no maintenance issues, everyone is nice, no bugs, very very quiet! I love it here.

I applied today to see if I could get approved. I was told if I get denied my application fee would be returned. I spoke to Kevin before applying and he was very informative and niceZ unfortunately I was denied. So I called in to get more information because leasing desk told me that the property placed a fraud alert on my application. Although there was ABSOLUTELY NO FRAUD. Katie who was an absolute displeasure told me to go read the email and had I read it I would’ve saw it. She was short rude mean and condescending. Unknown to her that I already did so and they told me to contact the property. I dismissed myself from clearly bothering her and called back and got Kevin who again WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE! Who then advised me they do not refund to your original payment method they instead issue a check via snail mail to you with your holding deposit. Only upside to this discouraging experience was Kevin. He was awesome
