Paul is great! He was very nice and assisted me with my frame selection and ordering process. The buy 1 get 1 50% off promotion was a definite plus! When my glasses arrived he made sure I was satisfied with the fit of both pair before I left the store.

The employees and the manager put incomplete address and my contact lenses didn’t get delivered. When I talked to the manager he’s not even sorry, he said what other address did you want to send it to. Horrible horrible service, I’m away deployed for work and because they didn’t care to put the compete address when I called them many times and repeated the address, they still got it wrong. Stay away from this place

The optometrist here is absolutely amazing. She deserves a 6/5 rating. I've seen her for 2 years now and she genuinely cares about her patients.

However, their frames sales team is an entirely separate entity and was disappointed with my experience with the sales team today. I had the misfortune of working with Greg. He's the kind of person that if he treated someone's grandma like he did me today, your whole family would show up to set him straight. Not only did he try to lie to me about prices, he displayed absolute negligence in assisting me in getting the deal that I was eligible for with my insurance. I'm disappointed that he has employment at this otherwise fine institution. He truly has a disregard for the well being of his customers. Ticketmaster has more morals than this man's work ethic. If it weren't for how outstanding every other person on the Dr's side and the rest of the sales team being genuinely great people, I would never return to this institution.

The rest of the sales team was top notch and genuinely cared about making sure to provide me with the prices and great service that I qualified for with my insurance. And even went above and beyond.

Again, everyone else at this place is AMAZING. However, if you go here, please avoid Greg like the plague. He's the kind of person that I feel deeply disappointed to have ever met, and someone who you wouldn't trust to even just pass around the church donation basket

I’ve been wearing my frames that we’ve gorilla glued several times because my lenses were still good. So I decided to look for a frame, and thankfully they were able to fit my lenses with a frame that they have! William had very good customer service, very helpful.

Absolute nightmare with the eye exam office. They were unable to verify my insurance. Told me I didn’t have coverage when I did. Refused to call the number I provided to verify and kept insisting I had VSP and Davis insurance when my insurance is through Superior Vision by MetLife. My daughter who was there for her contact fitting was in tears and had a panic attack. The incompetence of this office is mind blowing. Instead of helping the patient they made the experience awful and stressful. In the end my daughter was not able to get her contact exam and had to go elsewhere

I cannot begin to speak more highly of my recent experience. I have had multiple appointments in the last few weeks for different reasons, Dr. Rudolfer and her team have been absolutely amazing. I felt they all genuinely cared about my needs. She was patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, gave me all the time needed to understand what was going on and ask as many questions as needed. Never once felt rushed or like "just another customer".

Within the same building is the glasses (frames) department and they have also all been equally attentive to my needs. Overall the customer service in both areas has been outstanding.

A great group that did the utmost to examine my eyes and give me alternative solutions for their care.

I am new to the area so I decided to try Visionworks. I would not recommend! I went to get RX for my gas permeable contacts- I went to order for the lab and they said it was wrong, the measurements indicate my eye was super flat. The lab company was so nice and called them and they were so stubborn it was correct. I just went to a new provider today and she fixed the whole thing. They had the complete measurements wrong. They need to listen and take care of paying customers.

Awful. Doctor was completely passive aggressive with me and argued with me about my prescription. Told me I was wrong and that she had been doing this for years so she knows better. I guess I'm wrong and my eyes should just learn how to see properly.

I think I know when my eyesight is still blurry, thanks.

Avoid this place at all costs. Went in for appointment, had to reschedule.

New appointment was canceled with no notice, (email) and office staff manager said they’re charging me a 35.00 fee when I called about the cancellation.

Scammers!

I usually never leave reviews for places but I felt compelled to share my experience. I arrived last week for my appointment and I was about 5 minutes late, Solana was the woman at the front desk and she was very dismissive and didn't seem to want to help me or guide me. I understand the importance of being to appointments on time, but I wrongly assumed that since it was just 5 minutes that it would be okay. I was dismissed and told that " Its almost lunch the doctors HAVE to eat" my appointment was at 12: 55 and they go to lunch at 1 btw. I wasn't offered a rescheduled appointment until someone else walked up and saw that I was visibly upset, she offered me to come back later that day after lunch she gave me NO set time but said to come between 2: 30-2: 45. I come back after lunch at 2: 40, Solana then tells me that I cant be seen at all because "she told me 2: 30" which she did not. I ended up rescheduling all together for today. I avoided her but I did see that she had the same dismissive attitude towards other customers as well. I was so unhappy with how she acted towards me that I attempted to set up an appointment somewhere else but they were much further out than I wanted.

I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Everybody at this establishment is very nice. The service is fast and efficient. They do their best to stay within your price range and handle every customer with a smile.

Highly recommend going to VisionWorks. The associate Casey helped me with a huge issue that I caused, taking the time to assist me with getting the problem resolved!

Had an appointment at this facility for eye exam. Because I live in central time and the business is located Eastern standard Time I called to confirm my appointment time. Planned on getting there 45 minutes early and was told that I was actually 15 minutes late and they could no longer see me. I explained I had called ahead of time but I had not written down the name of the person I spoke to. I again they denied us being seen even after I explained we drove an hour and a half to get there. I would not recommend their optometrist to anybody no compassion at all!
