Visionworks, Miami FL

Went to Visionworks on 082023 with my husband who had appointment for the first time there. Rachel took such good care of my husband she is very professional and awesome.

I went to Vision Works for my new reading glasses. Tony helped me in the process of selecting the new frames and advised of the different lens options. I then went to pick up my new glasses and the prescription was not correct but Tony talked to the eye doctor and fixed the issue. Tony has excellent customer skills and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience. Thanks Tony!

This location has a high standard of service. It's apparent by the way I was served and watched them serve others. I truly feel they wanted me to be happy with my glasses, providing adjustments and alterations to frames and lenses until I was satisfied. They also take their time to help me get the best price, even without insurance! TONY was beyond helpful.

Optometrist is available at the store, by appointment, no need to go elsewhere to get a prescription.
The Frames seem a bit expensive, but what doesn't nowadays! Service was excellent!
It was a bit crowded at the weekend but empty on weekday when we went to pick up finished glasses! Recommend going on weekday if you don't have to be at work.

The Dr was amazing but when I get to the part where I have to select my frames it was the slowest, inconsiderate, unprofessional process ever. I was ignored, left waiting at a counter and completely left unattended several times.

Very kind staff and willing to help. I am very pleased to know that we are well taken care of and solve the problems very effectively. I highly recommend that store. Friendly staff.

They doctor only accepts insurance for vision exams. You have to pay out of pocket for anything else. Seems sketchy. Was told that it is because the doctor is independent but somehow Visionworks makes his appointments.

Grabriel was so great fixing my old glasses and given the best options with my insurance and preferences, enviroment was peaceful, every one very helpful and professionals, keep going team! Great job!

I was told that with my insurance I would be covered for years worth of contacts or a pair of glasses. After some discussion i decided on contacts and I would return at another time for glasses. Well it turns out they only charged my insurance for half a years worth of contacts without my knowledge and when i brought this issue up to them I was told there was nothing more they can do other than charge me $230 for 6 more months worth of contacts or i can purchase glasses at a discounted price. If i would have known this I would have just gotten glasses. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that has had this same experience with this location. My advice would be to stay away!

Needed a pair of lenses for sunglasses swapped and Tony was on duty. He gladly helped me. Many other places, I will not mention, but do not even entertain such requests. So thank you team. Keep up the great work. Much obliged.

I was 30 minutes early for a 2 hour routine eye exam. Canceled an hour and 30 minutes into waiting, unprofessional. Not considerate for people's time.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Joyce took my order and answered all my questions regarding different options. The day I picked up my glasses a gentleman helped me (unfortunately I did not take his name) and he was also helpful and provided valuable information. I highly recommend this Visionworks location.

Brought my daughter in for her eye exam. First time trying contacts, Hansel was so patient and helpful. He coached my daughter, encouraged for over a hour till she put them on.

I've been going to this location for the past 3 years. Dr. Giurato is very thorough and the eyewear specialist Joyce is always so nice.
