Visionworks Citrus Park Town Center, Tampa FL

When my daughter and I went to Vision Works, we were welcomed and shown where the optometrist was located. While we waited for our appointment, I found the glasses that I would like to purchase and the young lady held my glasses until after my appointment. I was able to swiftly purchase the glasses of my choice. I’m pleased that my new glasses may be ready as soon as the 10 days from my order. I appreciate the assistance, the respect, and the speedy way that everyone took care of us. We both bought new glasses.

Amy and Sayli went overboard in trying to help me get my account all worked out! They were so determined and diligent in trying to help me. If you need glasses go to this store because these ladies really care about their customers!

The doctors office portion of this location seems real disorganized. I scheduled an exam online. I walk in on the day and time scheduled. And the doctor wasn't even there. Don't think they even knew about my appointment based on the front office staff's reaction.

They shouldn't allow people to schedule on the Visionworks website if there's this much of a disconnect between online scheduling and the actual doctors office at this location. Thumbs down.

They absolutely don’t know what they are doing! I went there March 10, today is May 1st and I haven’t received my contact lenses, which they were ordered by one of the clerks -1st time, I called and was told they forgot to place the order, the store manager told me she would order them, a week went by and I called to check on them and I was told she (the manager) forgot to order them, very dissatisfied, I don’t recommend them! Don’t waste your time going there!

Visionworks at Citrus Park has an excellent customer service and I’d definitely recommend it.

Worst optical I’ve ever gone to, super unprofessional. I was going to them when I first moved here, made follow up appointments for myself and my daughter and even took my daughter out of school for an appointment. I was waiting for a while to be seen all to find out that they no longer took my insurance. Completely wasted my time! They’re so unorganized and seem to either not care about their customers or are just clueless.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very informative and personal. I felt like they really care. I recommend this location.

I have been trying to get a appointment for the last week and put on hold and no one picked up the phone, so I guess I will go on not being able to see for a while.

I scheduled an appointment online as instructed to do. My husband was there earlier in the day and confirmed my appointment with an employee. I left work early and arrived at my appointment only to be told that "they" scheduled me incorrectly at a different location. The receptionist said they could see me Thursday but I told her repeatedly that I couldn't make that appointment. She just shrugged and said sorry, offering no other solution and no option of being seen. I had a photo of my confirmation that clearly showed the day, time and location but they didn't seem to care about that. I will absolutely NOT be going back to Visionworks again.
