J-Lo was very helpful in picking a frame that fit and we got through the whole process quickly. Pricing is fair and they provided all of the options that I was looking for. VSP is also accepted which was a plus for me. Will be going back in a few months to take care of my wife’s needs.

Visited this location today and ordered new glasses. J-Lo was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very accommodating, Doctor was very nice and fast. She told me all the information I needed to know about my eyes and even gave me a recommendation on eye drops. They had a good selection on glasses. This was my first time picking out glasses and they gave me all the time to pick no rush. Once I picked out my glasses the lady J-Lo helped me check out and was very informative on what i should get for my glasses. Very glad I went with visionworks.

Came in from out of town, scheduled an eye appointment. But of a clerical mess up, as the doctor at this location is blanketed under my policy, but was unable to find my plan when I got in.

Brenda, the receptionist, was doing the intake. She was disheveled and manic, her desk a mess, and her work strewn all about. She was a mess. Two hours into her shift and she still hasn't organized.

Brenda was extremely rude, most likely a defense mechanism that she casually employs to mask her ineptitude. She asked me my birthday three times, and wrote my social security number out on paper for her reference. She called an insurance provider to work on our issue, and was extremely rude to their phone representative.

Seeing her struggle with her phone conversation, by giving the provider the wrong information- the wrong company. For some reason she thought my provider was Davis. I tried to explain to her the mistake, and show her my insurance card, she refused to recognize the attempt. This lady is pushing 70, and can not keep up. I would find it hard to believe that she is not consistently making errors. Disgraceful, disrespectful, and disinformed.

There was a gentleman who had assisted me in finding where to go, upon entry. Not all bad apples- just one disgruntled and inept by the hour loser.

J-Lo is amazing. I came in because I was desperate. I was a visitor from Ohio and was scheduled to fly back on that date. Unfortunately I had broken my glasses beyond belief. She graciously offered to try to repair them - and bless her heart she did exactly that. She also recommended a place for breakfast. Thanks J-Lo. Lucy

Jennifer was extremely pleasant, very helpful and despite being pulled in many directions was able to assist me with 2 pair of glasses and found every discount possible in my insurance plan.

Was greeted by JLo upon arrival and told it may by some time for her to get to me as they were shorthanded and she was alone, but I was pleased with the timeliness of my exit once everything was completed. She was friendly and attentive, not only to me but everyone that visited while I was there. Greet choices, variety and good range of frame prices.
