Excellent service with Dr. Morell she was very professional and provided an excellent service.

Very good! Staff were welcoming, attentive and responsive to all our questions. The staff did their best getting patients in and out, but Saturdays are their busiest day - way too many people for only one optometrist on site.

Left here a little bit ago today and was NOT disappointed!

The person who helped me pick out my glasses and price my contacts was Lissette, she was amazingly patient, honest about what didn't look good, and helped me pick out things I liked that worked with my budget.

The manager, however, her name is Carmen. She was very informative, friendly, and all around helpful! I have avoided coming here because it's in Homestead and finding wuality in Homestead is very difficult.but they are BOTH gems and gave amazing service.

I would 1000% recommend either of them and would return anytime.

Excellent Dr. Very detailed. She make sure to keep your eyes healthy. Very thorough. Once again Excellent. Picking out Frames for my kids and ordering my contacts was easy. Big selection on frames. Staff was excellent.

The staff as well as the optometrist were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. There were two staff members who helped me with selecting my daughter's glasses pre and post exam. They were just super helpful and overall wonderful. The customer service experience there is a 10 out of 10!

Yesterday was my first time going to Dr. Suzan hopper, in vision works, she was awesome & super nice. The lady with the black hair who you buy the glasses from (I didn’t catch her name), was also super nice & helpful, & very knowledgeable on everything regarding the glasses. I’m looking forward to get my new glasses in the next couple weeks.:) God Bless

She is very informative, will go into specific details,
and accommodating when you have an emergency. Definitely found my new favorite optometrist

I have been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes, and Dr. Hopper, Carmen, Cassandra and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help.

Hassle free appointment. I scheduled online and was confirmed within minutes. Showed up the day of my appointment and was seen promptly with no waiting. Highly recommended

Kassandra is Amazing. Her personality is unique, but her bedside manner was exemplary. The store was very clean and I was helped right away, even though there were a lot of customers. I came in for an adjustment, and I left with an appointment. I’ll see the doctor soon.

Dr. Hopper was very pleasant and explained her diagnosis of my eyes clearly so that I could understand, I was pleased with my visit.

Great friendly staff and very helpful. They dont rush you and took time to explain what was covered under my insurance.

Everyone at this location is very nice and friendly especially Dr. Hopper. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes her time with you answering any concerns you may have. I am very pleased with this location and will continue going here.
