I have been coming here for years for my contacts and glasses. Lilia is always so amazing and helpful. She lights up the room, and makes shopping for glasses and contacts a genuinely great experience, she deserves a raise or promotion!

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Renaye Quintyne, O. D. For the first time and the experience was wonderful she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know.

The sale associate Aaron was so knowledgeable. He help me pick out to best pair of glasses in the store and also made sure I understood all of the lenses care options.

Last minute visit to this place turned out to be the best decision. I got my glasses from Walmart and the right lens came out within 6 months or so, took it back they fixed it. Almost a year and lens is out again. Of course I'm not happy, so I decided to go somewhere else because I swore Walmart was the problem.lilia helped me see that the issue wasn't necessarily with Walmart, but rather the wear and tear on how I removed my glasses from my face, because it's the same lens and I'm right handed. She fixed it no charge and now they've got a potential client. I really appreciated her expertise.

Something that I was dreading doing with my husband actually turned out to be an exceptional experience. Thanks to Carol Anne this is a store that I would recommend without hesitation, and will definitely go back for any and all eyewear needs. She was patient, courteous, professional, and above all else honest. I say, honest, because she pointed out things that were less than flattering, she definitely has a great eye for style and glasses. She took her time to explain every type of lens to suit my husband's needs.

Very different than other places, that pressure and upsell you and hurry to get you in and out. Carol Anne at Visionworks was a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't be happier writing this review! Thank you! And I look forward to picking up my husband's glasses next week.

Everything about this experience was amazing. Diana the medical assistant called to confirm my appointment, and was very helpful in rectifying an insurance issue that I had. Dr. Renaye Quintyne is a phenomenal optometrists. Dr. Quintyne is very professional, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining things in layman’s terms. I thoroughly enjoyed my eye exam. I highly recommend Dr. Quintyne. The staff in VisionWorks were also very helpful and stayed after hours to complete my order. I purchased three pair of glasses due to the awesome prices and professional service.

A bit of a struggle with one of the associates.
The manager is amazing and the gentleman was very helpful.
When I picked up my sunglasses the associate that handed them to me told me there was no adjustment so I took them and left. I was not happy with the fit.
When I went back to pick up my regulator glasses, they had lost my glasses that were for pick up, but the gentleman was very kind and adjusted my sunglasses and they are great now.

After a few days of waiting to hear about my missing ordered glasses I called to inquire. I was told they had been found, and there was a note on them that I had been contacted. I did not mention I would not be calling if I had been contacted and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the glasses.
The same associate who originally gave me my sunglasses, assisted me with picking up my regular glasses. She was ready to send me out the door with a terrible fit. She kept asking me to tell her what to do. I had to explain my eyelashes were hitting the lenses, and they certainly didn’t feel right. She kept telling me to tell her how to adjust them. It was very frustrating. They feel pretty good now, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Very polite, genuinely helpful & professional. AnnaMarie went the extra mile in meeting customers’ needs, & even exceeding them, all the while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.

This is by far the worst business and customer service I have ever encountered. I spent 1 hour and 20 mins waiting for one of the employees to figure out how to order my daughters contacts. By the time I finally had to walk out she was offering to call me to tell when they have it figured out. But they were the ones who told me 2 days prior that they had everything and I just needed to give them a credit card over the phone to finalize the order. Visionworks please employee competent people because of this you have lost me and my entire family of prescription eye wearers.

Carol Anne is the best. She has such a positive attitude, and made picking out glasses very stress free. Best experience at a Visionworks, ever. Go see Carol Anne for all your glasses needs!

I appreciated her expert insight aligning what I was looking for in glasses with the selection of glasses available. I'm picky! She had some awesome recommendations, one of which I selected. I cannot wait to rock my new look when they come in.

Excellent staff and pricing. Staff were very helpful in finding great frames and running the prices in multiple different ways so I got the best deal.

Terrible! Do not purchase glasses or contacts here. The contracts are VERY overpriced. When I mentioned they seemed expensive they miraculously find some sort of a “special” that give me a tiny discount.
My glasses took two months to receive. They blamed it on some sort of glitch in the system. When I asked them to expedite the order that said they couldn’t guarantee a date. It will probably be 7 to 14 but they weren’t sure. They couldn’t have cared less that I had already been waiting patiently for 2 months.
Every time I go into the store to pick up some thing it takes forever to get service. The place is a disorganized mess. I would not recommend Visionworks to anyone, ever.
