I contacted Visiting Angels in a crisis. My dad has dementia and was hospitalized for sepsis. My mom could not do it on her own anymore. She needed physical and emotional support during the day when my dad came home. It only took one phone call to have my questions answered by the staff. (Damaris). They answered insurance questions, listened very intently and I felt like their only client. The process of getting a nurse/certified professional was so fast. We spoke many more times at my request and they always called back in a timely manor if I had more questions.
We had specific needs and each one was able to be addressed and met. During the week before we had our nurse come in for the first time, they called to check on us as a family and see how they could help. We have now had the nurse/certified professional at my parents house for a couple of weeks. They even called to check on me after almost a 4 weeks had gone by to make sure everything was working out.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. You talk to the same person each time. They also assured me that if I were to move my parents to another part of Florida, I could still deal with them as a company. I love this company and love all of the people I have spoken with and When you are in an emotional time with aging parents, it is so nice to have people like visiting Angels back you up with support.

I contacted Visiting Angels within 24 hours of needing service. They immediately developed and implemented a schedule for 24 hour care to extend for a 2 week period. The ladies that provided the care for my mother were EXCELLENT! They were prompt, caring, attentive and companionate to her needs and condition. I cannot say enough great things about this service.
