Vista Community Association Management, Maitland FL

They sent out violation notices for issues corrected months ago. Whoever is going out to check on properties isn't doing there job and is randomly issuing violations. They don't seem to stay on top of this, and homeowners have to call and wait for a return phone call, which never happens, so you have to call again and hope someone picks up and after they tell you they will close it, that doesn't happen either.

This company is VERY unresponsive! I have left several messages for Richard Neiland, the manager for Island Club, and have never received any response, very unprofessional.

I never see Carl coming in Chartres gardens. Palms trees needs a trim the pool bathroom are still dirty. Vista noo good.nothing getting done.yous keep raising us.

Worst customer service I have experienced. While trying to help a client of mine sell her property, she couldnt get a hold of anyone at this office and I said let me get involved and try to obtain some help. Went to this office in person and a "lady" literally walked away and shut the door in my face. When got on the other side of the wall yelled at her crew what I was there for. It is obvious that since I wasnt the homeowner I couldnt obtain details, but at least guidance on how to set up an account on their website was my goal. It is a shame that these offices dont answer the phone and are so rude in person.

I have worked for many companies in the past and was thoroughly impressed by the staff at Vista Cam. The attentive and knowledgeable staff really made me feel welcomed and the way on how structured it is as well really prepares me with the tools for success each and everyday! I appreciate the atmosphere and how diverse it can get. Everybody plays a crucial part for the company. I want to highlight Penny walker for her immense managerial skills.

We've owned our home for about 5 years and had never had an issue with our HOA management company until now. Ever since Vista Community Association Management took over, something as simple as paying our HOA dues became problematic. We now live out of state and needed information that only they could provide in order to pay our HOA dues online. We attempted to contact them multiple times and left messages requesting this information, with no success in reaching anybody. By the time they finally reached back to us, they were conveniently able to add late charges to our dues. We paid it just to be able to stop dealing with them. Now, Penny has been harassing my husband to demand that he remove his 1-star review and threatening to "discuss this with the HOA board. " I find her customer service vile and repulsive. Where is the Penny that is caring and helpful that other reviews here have mentioned? We have not met her. I was not going to bother to leave a review on here, but this has gotten ridiculous. Other communities deserve to know what to expect when signing up with this management company.

This is my first job and I am very grateful for Vista to give me an opportunity to help me gain experience to become a future accountant. Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful by guiding me in the right direction and making sure things are done on time and correctly. The motto is Quality is Job #1 and everyone at Vista provides that.

I have experienced five different community management companies and Vista Community Management is by far the best. Their internal team responds to our needs in record time, usually less than 24 hours. They are willing to work with you in any way you wish. If you want more help, they are there to provide more help. If your community prefers more control, they are there to offer guidance only. They care greatly about the communities that they manage. The community managers do their very best to enforce the guidelines set forth in the documents to maintain the appearance of the community as well as the property values. Communication is timely either through email blasts, postal service or telephone and that is the key to good management. We appreciate their professionalism.

VistaCam manages the HOA where my home is and they are new to my community. Since they have taken over it's been poor communication after poor communication. Delays to responses cause financial penalties. VistaCam are horrible if you are managing a property out of state. Is there someone who can take my concern and help resolve it?

As a vendor to community associations, I have worked with Carl for many years at Vista Cam. His genuine desire to serve his communities with the utmost quality care is evident in his follow thru, inquisitive nature and genuine kind spirit. I would recommend Carl and the Vista Cam team!

Life is so much easier now that we made Vista Management a team member. We were with two previous management companies and the accounting was terrible. Cynthia Kapsimalopoulos VP was very instrumental and great to work with during the transition. Within a month our accounting was up and running in their system and all vendors were paid promptly. Carl and the team at Vista do an outstanding job for our community. I have been in other communities whereas the management company didn't care about residents. Carl and Vista CAM are very prompt, communicate well, as well as make sure our needs are met as a community. ZERO complaints from the residents. Which in most communities would be rare! I can't say enough great things about Carl and his team. No matter what time of day, he responds promptly with a solution. I just hope Carl doesn't ever leave Vista CAM! Vista Management has had there ups and downs, but by far they have and continues to do an amazing job. There are people that will slam them but please consider the source. Everyone has off days but Vista Management always comes through. They manage a few communities that I’ve owned property in great job! ’

Vista Management is who you want to hire if your association has become complicated from a poor management history. Complicated associations require detailed, forward thinking. Vista will help educate and guide your board and committees from making disastrous mistakes that hit your association's financial bottom line. Their management team goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is treated with respect, and your association is protected. If your goal is an association that is healthy and robust, then Vista Management is the team you want.

My condo community has been with Vista for quite somtime. Their service has been getti ngprogressively worse and worse, to the point it's no service at all. They never answer the phone. Take their sweet time responding to emails and voicemail. My rep is Katie Wilkerson. I don't think she's ever actually answered her phone more than a couple of times in all the years she's been our rep. Now all meetings are done via zoom which is not convenient for everyone. Overall, Vista is a horrible company to deal with.

Vista Community Association Management has been the BEST management Company we have had in the past 15 years, they are very professional in taking care of Villas At Laguna Bay. They always take every issue with the community and its members thoughtfully, professionally, and timely, never ignoring any issue, whether it be with a homeowner or our Association. Any negative feedback that is posted here is due to prior homeowners who were not happy with decisions the community needed to make. I would recommend Vista Community Association Management to anyone needing a Management company to manage their complex.
