Vista Lago at the Hammocks, Miami FL

I'm going to give you back your stars because you're really doing a good job, but don't relax, I'm taking them away.

Vista Lago is a great community, A nice place for those who love peace and nature. Wejust moved from abroad so we feel very safe.
Thanks to Michelle and Arelis who helped my wife with the renting process they are so efficient, courteous, and professional.

Vista Lago is a great community, with beautiful amenities. The team is very attentive to my needs as a resident. Arelis is very kind and helped me through my application process. I highly recommend this Vista Lago, so far I’m a happy tenant.

I just moved here, the reception is the best, Mrs. Arelis is a sweetheart and the other guy is also cool. They gave me the best experience possible, and they were incredibly friendly and helped me with everything I needed to complete everything I needed to start.live a new life, the apartments are newly renovated, as is the outdoor area. I love it so far!

The maintenance staff is the worst, they are rude and disrespectful, in the parking lot the cars go at full speed and there is no control of the garbage, the garbage cans are collapsed and garbage is scattered everywhere. The lack of management in this condo is definitely obvious. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VISTA LAGO AT THE HAMMOCKS.very bad experience. And also when it rains the entire parking lot floods.
Terrible management and maintenance management.
The worst part is their response, that shows how inefficient the Management is and how susceptible they are to any criticism to improve the community. Fortunately, I was only visiting my daughter for three months and I speak with complete propriety about it. If they still have something to argue, the inability of customer service is understood, as they already have many complaints about it, in addition to the inability to effectively manage that community.

Maria assisted my company with an issue that was pressing. She handled it expeditiously and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you

Garbage everywhere, the worst gardeners and maintenance staff, I guess the property manager doesn't exist, this place is a shame.
GARBAGE EVERYWHERE, THE STAFF NEVER PICK UP THE TRASH.they always said we regret or sorry but they never do anything, is a lie, they're liars and thieves.
I'm craving my contract is over to leave this terrible condominium.
PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE LIES THEY TELL YOU.

If you claim anything which is obvious and fair they will said you are wrong.the parking is flooded everytime is raining, garbage disposal crowded and garbage everywhere in the floor and the parking, nobody pick up the trash and worst yet the staff.honestly, the lack of manners and the lack of management is awesome. Worst maintenance ever.
Never recommended this community to live.
Lack of management supervision and terrible maintenance staff.unbelievable the great lagoon every time that rains the whole parking flooded and no one takes care of it, and the rude staff is Worst yet, they never solve ANYTHING. RUDE STAFF

Property: Is an excellent place for those who love nature, peace / serenity.

Maintenance: Excellent property maintenance. They are always working on projects to keep property nice, they show up in a timely manner, and you can tell they care. Parking is assigned which is great. No issues for me with visitor parking.

Leasing: Dream team. Abigail & Enrique are excellent. I have lived at properties with 7 leasing agents, and Abigail and Enrique run circles around all 7 in there being so efficient, courteous, professional. New team: Giselle, Yeni & Michelle have been wonderful as well.
