Living here is joyful and Dale and Marta hold it down along with the other leasing staff. Metrowest is a great town and Vista Verde cares about its property and tenants. Quiet neighborhood and pet friendly. Beautiful pool and views.:)

Dale is one of the best apartment managers I’ve ever encountered.
She is very attentive to the needs of the residents. Issues we had she and her assistant went above and beyond to resolves those issues. Once again thank you for what you do.

I accidentally left my phone in an Uber I met with a Marta Diaz She was so helpful and friendly. She called a few people in the building where I had located my phone and help me find it. I’m not in a market for an apartment but this woman Did all of that for a stranger, so I know living there is top-tier in the neighborhood was beautiful as well Five. Stars all the way.

The application process couldn't have been any easier. Getting answers and approved/disapproved immediately is how it should be done everywhere. It makes other communities look like they are a bit behind the times. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Beautiful community.

It was a wonderful experience, Marta Diaz was very efficient and friendly, she helped us with everything and with great kindness, spacious apartments and completely renovated, everything was brand new, great experience.

Appliances and poor. Sink is leaking. They've made minor progress in finishing all that needs to be done I'm just done wasting my breathe telling them the same issues I've told them months ago. Legit wasted 1800 paying rent here and things still haven't been fixed. I even waited a whole month to see if things changed before putting my say out there. Davenport would have treated me way better.

Shan and Marta did an amazing work helping us with the move! Noticed a couple of defects on the apartment, but everything else is great! Thank you:)

I love Vista Verde. I went to tour it yesterday and the lady was so sweet she toke me on the tour last minute she really made me feel like that is my future home. I believe her name was Shan in the leasing office

I have been a resident of Vista Verde for the last 19 years. I have worked with various property managers during this time. In my humble opinion, Dale Gentle has hands-down been the most stellar in all that she does. Dale’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated.

Management has always been friendly and accommodating when my roommates and I have questions. Anytime I walk up to the front office, they are always ready to assist!
In addition, maintenance was good at getting back to my request in a timely manner.

I'm living the worst days of my life in this place! I had 2 floods in a row in the apartment, the walls were soft, cupboards full of mold! I asked Conam to rescind my contract since there are only 3 months to go and they told me that the most they can do is change my apartment (answer that came almost 1 week after the incident), my husband and I are so sick mold! NEVER LIVE IN A CONAM APARTMENT
