Vistalmar Beach Resort, Deerfield Beach FL

Great hotel in an awesome location. Service is amazing! We had a late flight on our last day, and they were kind enough to give us complimentary pool access after check out. I will recommend Vistalmar to anyone traveling to the area!

Such a great place in a great location! We found it while exploring the area and will definitely be back. Super easy walk to the beach and bars/restaurants.

MJ and all the other staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room we got was large and very clean, with a full kitchen. The rooftop pool was great, too.

Don't go out on a Friday night if you're checking out Saturday night. You'll get locked out of your room and the number they give you to call for emergencies will send you straight to voice-mail.
Avoid at all costs, stay somewhere else.

We had an AMAZING stay! The receptions was so sweet even thought she was hoarse she made sure we had a smooth check-in. She also translated the information for my husband. The room was super cute and very comfortable. Great place!

I highly recommend this amazing apartment hotel!
- the staff is very helpful and accommodating, MJ was considerate to our needs including parking, and extending our stay.
- the one bedroom is actually a suite, a full apartment with all the home-like needs. It’s extremely clean, I ran a sanitizing paper towel and it didn’t even pick up a spec of dust!
- the 3-bedroom was so big and spacious, I wished they had long term rentals because it feels like a home in the heart of Deerfield beach area.
- The beds are comfortable with many pillows. The place is equipped with most basic items like bathroom needs, ironing, kitchen supplies etc.
- there was no noise at all, we slept through the night with no interruptions. Other visitors were respectful and we had no issues whatsoever.
- when the rain came down on the beach, we were steps away and got to the apartment to dry up in no time.
- it’s located right behind a surf shop, you can cut through the parking lot to the beachfront restaurants, or go out on the street where all the shops and restaurants intersect. Walking distance to the beach = 1 minute, right to the volleyball courts.
- parking is assigned by apartment number, and since it wasn’t fully occupied, we were given access to park a second car, at no additional cost. Otherwise, you can use metered parking or long term parking building across the street.
- the pool area is a great add on. After dinner on the strip, we gathered in the pool area for a relaxing lounge time. It’s huge and can accommodate many groups.
- the check in/check out process is super easy.
- this is a hidden gem for real. I stayed there for my birthday (staycation), and it made a great impression on my family and friends that celebrated with me.

I will be going back to this hotel for anytime I need to stay by the beach!

This Resort is awesome! From the service to the rooms.etc! It's not an overcrowded Resort.you can actually enjoy the amenities & one another!

INCREDIBLE BAD HOTEL, A scam and fraudulent hotel. Yesterday at noon, I had fruit, vegetables and food to be put in the fridge before checking in. Today morning, when I asked for my food back, I learned that they put my food in another room, then the woman at the reception called the wrong room and the customers in the room said they threw our food in the trash. We demanded $100 even though it was over $100, but a few hours later the woman at the reception called us and said she can only refund $40, are you kidding me? Give me back my money in $100 dollars because I showed this $100 food to the woman at the reception with all my receipts and all my proofs, if you don't give my money back, you called the police at your hotel and threw away my products without my permission and because you didn't pay me the amount you need to pay back, I will give you both to the police and to the prosecutor's office.

The ugliest and rudest hotel I have ever seen. We have been in America for months, we have not seen such an attitude. We are disgraceful with our money.they treat you like a beggar. The hotel has nothing to do with the pictures.

We went on vacation here this place amazing from the check in to the check out, very clean, wonderful roof to pool, amazing staff Mj the manager was fabulous! Thank so much we will visit again!

This hotel has a STRICT nonrefundable, “not our problem” policy. We showed up to the hotel last weekend, March 10th, thinking we booked it for that weekend and it was for the following weekend, March 17th. It was an honest mistake with the dates. Because why would we drive all the way to the hotel to stay if we were not staying that weekend. The hotel said they couldn’t give us a room because they were fully booked. The hotel manager refused to offer a refund, refused to give us different dates for a stay, refused to modify dates, refused to give us a credit for a future stay, and basically said the grace period has ended. This hotel does bad business. Make sure you know which dates you are staying because they will not accommodate once it’s booked. Either you show up or you lose your money. Fair warning.

Fantastic place to stay! The location, staff, amenities, rooms, and procedures are the best of the best! MJ, the onsite manager, is amazing! You can’t beat Vistalmar—highly recommend a stay here.

Vistalmar, is 25 minutes from airport, MJ was extremely helpful, kind, and is an asset to resort. Room is beautiful, location is perfect.walked everywhere. Highly recommend.

We stayed here this past November for 1 week. MJ at the front desk /manager was GREAT! We had a great time, and it was close to all restaurants and beach and the pier, all within walking distance of a minute or so. The condo was super clean. The house keeping was impeccable! You could have eaten off the floors! Very impressed with the whole experience! From check in to check out was pure delight. I met the owner one morning who walks the property daily and I was also very impressed with him. We have stayed at all hotels in the area and Vistalmar is by far a better value and better, cleaner rooms. The beds and pillows were amazing too! I will for sure be staying at the Vistalmar in the future!

My wife and I chose this hotel for our short honeymoon. We fell in love with this unique and charming hotel. Rooms come with assigned parking spots, guaranteeing you a space for your entire stay. (I’m not sure if they have accommodations for more than one vehicle per room.) The first floor is the covered parking garage and the tiny office. Access to the stairs, elevators and the rooms themselves are all digital combination code-restricted — codes are set-up w/staff when you reserve a room. The room we had was surprisingly big — it’s bigger than an efficiency apartment. There is a living room w/TV, a full kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with sliding glass doors and a small balcony. The mattress & bedding was incredibly comfortable — neither of us could sense the other getting out of/into bed. There is a pool on the roof with a clear view of the beach one block away. MJ in the office was very nice and was a huge help to us during our stay. Vistalmar is a terrific hidden gem.

Very nice and modern hotel. About 3 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants right next door. Very nice rooftop pool.

Excellent Hotel, clean, tidy, great location, you just have to walk to eat or drink something, you cross the street to get to the beach. We will be back soon!
